Holy crap! A full on AXS Eagle drive train STARTS at 1/3 of the cost of my entire bike. And my bike that I have now wasn't cheap! Neither is that seatpost. But those components look sharp, and the idea of a wireless cockpit is intriguing. I'm also pretty impressed with Worldwide Cyclery. Though I will always be a proponent for supporting LBSs, I say WWC is a great online place for parts. If my LBS doesn't have the part, WWC most likely does. And at a competitive price. They're also really fun to trade email messages with. They're chat support is great, too. Your new bike looks dope! Can't wait to get your impressions of it. Hopefully this Covid-19 thing will pass quickly and we can all get back out on the trail. As always, stay upright and keep the rubber side down! -Brian

Siiiick build. Looking forward to your take on Onyx hubs. As for stem, in line with your Thompson aesthetic, I recently purchased a TAG METALS 35mm stem with their bars. I got tired of my Renthal slipping on occasion. The TAG stem is not light, but it has some really cool features, and I think it looks great. I am looking forward to your really honest, Everyman review of all the new components, especially the new wireless derailleur. I am going for a ride with a couple of mates (that’s buddies for you in the USA💜) tomorrow. We will be heading out on a nearby trail, weather permitting. I know we all need to #stayathome, but, we still need to be together for our collective mental health. I am torn between not going out and going riding with trusted friends. Wow....straight for the highEST end build! I will be interested to see what you think about a few things. 1) The lower BB height of the V2. 2) The more linear ride of the coil vs the DPX 2, and if you will notice a difference on the technical climbs and getting power down. 3) The total weight of that bike I think the slightly more rolling resistance of that tire combo, the more linear coil, and the total weight of that bike versus your V1 will have you feeling a difference on the climbs. But....it should absolutely RIP going down with that setup!! Oh...and that Lyrik is amazing. No way you're going to regret not going with FOX on that.
