Simple tools build great stuff. Love how she used her foot to cushion the fork on the hammering job. As I noticed there is adhesive applied on the brake disc screws, that reminds me why my brake disc keep coming loose after a week ride. Also, nothing is more satisfying to see you test your own build at the end of the video.

That's not an adhesive, it's a thread-locking compound (typically known as threadlocker). When you screw in a bolt with threadlocker, the moment the threadlocker reaches the threads of whatever it was going into, you'll feel a slightly higher resistance.

Medium-strength threadlocker (typically blue) should do the job, doesn't really matter who made it.

SpookyMindz she’s a tiny thing. You don’t need much stopping power to slow her down. Not only that but it saved her a little weight too 👌 no need for monster brakes when you weigh 115lbs.

Fam. My 130/120mm bike that I use for light bike park use has 2 piston brakes and stops me more than fine... and realllly, just use less brakes, easiest way to go faster. (And yes, I also have saint 4 pots on my DH bike)

First I was gonna say something about that gear-ratios, but then I realised that she's Manon Carpenter and probably wasn't going to have any problems with it... If someone's interested, I've counted the teeth: Front chainring: most certainly a 30T Cassette: Shimano CS-M9000 11-40 11 speed Tire: most certainly 27.5" and about 2.6-2.8" That leaves us with 1.69m per crank rotation for the slowest gear and 6.14m for the fastest.
