This is a lovely home. I could easily live here.

Would change the entry door. Need entry closet at entry. Don't want entry doors from outside in bedrooms. Drab blah colors.want warm inviting colors. Want half bath where company don't have to go through house to get to it. With a house this size, there should be no lack of linen/utility/storage closets. Want each bedroom to have its own bathroom, both with linen closets for linens and beddings.

Living room and kitchen could be bigger, master bed/bath take up space.

Water runoff at both doors. Hard rain would flood entrance

Love the living areas but the master suite is overkill to the point there could be a 4th bedroom or office instead of that huge suite that’s larger than the other 2 bedrooms and their bath.

Решение планировки кухня- гостиная- столовая очень удачное. Но жилые комнаты с прилегающими помещениями мне не понравились. Туалет посередине дома- плохое решение. А мастер-блок больше похож на лабиринт
