@@Umbriarealestate well the upstairs is kind of a jumble of rooms. There’s only so much you could do as much of the walls seem to be structural. The kitchen and storage room can be combined (as you said) to create a huge eat in kitchen. Would be nice with the balcony off the kitchen. What’s serving now as the dining room next to the kitchen would make a nice den/pare bedroom. You don’t even need to do work. The front hall where they have an office desk set up is really just the entry hall/reception ante chamber that connects the rest of the floor. That’s what I would use it as. The two bedrooms make for a nice huge suite (as you mentioned) The rest depends on what can be done with the downstairs. If the plumbing is there you can put in a proper kitchen and bathroom to create a guest suite 🤷‍♂️

Fascinating, grazie tanti for sharing. Though in a small borgo 5 minutes drive out of Bevagna, at least a restaurant there, and quite a bit of renovation required for modern kitchen & bathrooms. Enjoyed the lower floor spaces and courtyard. Any fine art restrictions when restructuring? 🙂

Hello, thank you for your comment. Actually the palace is inside the Historical center of Bevagna. On the palace there is no fine art restrictions but anyway is inside the historical center and is part of the historical walls, a thing to consider during the renovation.

As you are in the historical center, you need to ask for a permission to put the engine of the air conditioning, anyway it shouldn't be a problem, you can find a solution for that.
