I had the same problem too, the advice I got from one of my friends who also had the same issue but eventually fixed it when he had to do speaking roles as an exec. We all had a concept of what we had to say in our heads, and were in a rush to convey that concept which led to a confusing, stuttered sentence, but really we should be taking another few seconds to write a script in our head of exactly what to say, that helps to slow down your speech to make it more understandable, and also makes your sentence structure more efficient, which again helps understanding.

That Rasheen is atrocious. Apparently there are very few stock ones floating around, at least in the US, and they all look terrible. With the correct interior and the factory wheels and rear mounted spare tire it would look much better. The tint also needs to go.
