To be fair Myung is replicating what Petrucci does on Guitar except on bass it requires more skill. He also only uses his fingers, so yeah ofc hes inhuman too.

They were definetly in their prime here. I watched this first time when I was 15, I'm now 30 and in this past 15 years I haven't found any other instrumentalists that can compose and perform at this level. Some can come close sometimes, but this was and still is just insane.

I got to see DT in 2008. One of the best shows I've ever been to. There was a song that I heard and loved and had forgotten all about, until 11:02 (Hell's Kitchen). When I first watched this video at that very moment, I got the shivers. THAT was the song I remembered hearing after all those years.

Metropolis Part 2: Scenes From Memory is the most beautiful album I've ever listened. And Dream Theater is the most wonderful metal bands I've ever seen/listened. I love this band but I think Portnoy shouldn't give up this band. New album(Astonishing) is wonderful but We miss Portnoy's soul. Expecially lyrics

Damn, I have just been watching their new live performances from 2019. Oh my god, the difference between Portnoy and Mangini is fucking unbelievable - Portnoy's dynamics and power completely changes the game, he's a beast. And with those soft drum petting of Mangini they don't even seem to have fun on the stage anymore...
