They were definetly in their prime here. I watched this first time when I was 15, I'm now 30 and in this past 15 years I haven't found any other instrumentalists that can compose and perform at this level. Some can come close sometimes, but this was and still is just insane.

Metropolis Part 2: Scenes From Memory is the most beautiful album I've ever listened. And Dream Theater is the most wonderful metal bands I've ever seen/listened. Oh my god, the difference between Portnoy and Mangini is fucking unbelievable - Portnoy's dynamics and power completely changes the game, he's a beast.
