Hi Sheetanshu I posted a comment on one of your previous videos but have not received a response as I think you were not keeping well that time. Now I need to know if I am applying for Canadian PR do I need to submit Pcc and medical certificate for my wife and 6 month old daughter along with my parents or not as they would not be travelling with me and I am the only primary applicant or single applicant for now. Also do I need to show proof of funds for my self only or for family members as well. One more concern here is that I did my diploma from IMT CDL which I think is not recognised by WES so which channel I should go for like IQAS or ICES. I have given my IELTS and got band 7. However my crs points are 371 only. Do I still stand a chance to apply for provinces or should I go for IELTS again. If you please clear my doubts I would really grateful bro. Keep up the good work. Hi, love the video ❤️. I have a question I am an American trying to go to Canada under the AIP program in Nova Scotia would you say to avoid unnecessary incidents its best to hire an immigration lawyer in Canada. I just feel that I can't afford to mess anything up. If the lawyer messes up it's on them and they have to fix the situation to get you out off. I'm familiar w/ the protocol and I figure they can fix the situation for me.

Hello, When I was submitting my express entry application, I answered positvely that I have a relative(my maternal uncle) in Alberta, Canada just for the purpose of getting PNP nomination . Now after receiving ITA under EE, He is not willing to share his documents with me. What should I do now? 1) Should I change it to NO where the ask me about whether I have relative in Canada OR 2) should I upload a LOE simply stating that I would not like him to host or sponsor me and thereby I m not submitting the documents? The only concern is that if I put a NO, it will mismatch with the answer in EE application . My CRS score will remains unchanged irrespective of the answer. Plz guide ASAP Sutanshu

I also have an Indian experience for 11 months, which will not give me any points. So is it fine if I just say that I worked in India for 11 months in my personal history and attach just the offer letter for that. As I don't have the experience letter for that.

The IRCC website asks us to select the no. Of years of continuous employment in the given NOC. What if i worked in a job for 4.5 years and then went backpacking or was made redundant by the company before taking up another job in the same NOC - should I put my no. In my profile pre- ITA, I put 3rd December, 2021( the date I received email for test results), but later I found out I should have put the date on which officials had signed on test report form WHICH IS 4TH December. Thank you for this video. A few queries: (1) reference letter same as certificate of employment ryt? As long as it mentions number hours work, salary, dates, fulltime, responsibilities etc? (2) the responsibilities in my cert of emp is very specific to my company, im worried about how it matches my NOC, e.g 2282, there are words that matches but its not word every word does this have to match an entire sentence for every declared responsibility in ur cert of emp? (3) in my CV i have declared additiional experience from previous company, but my current company is more than enougj to meet years of experience i needed, can i choose not to include the previous cert of employment? Hi, I have a query. Please try and answer. Me and my spouse (who is primary applicant), we have a home loan and the EMI for it we split it equally and give from our individual account. We do have the required threshold of POF in transferable and available form by way of Fixed Deposits and amount in our savings account. But having said, in the bank statement - they will know about the deductions of EMI towards our home loan. How will this impact? Will this create any rejection criteria?

If ur pcc isnt provided for a time period that doesnt count as a rejection in the sense that they wud blacklist u. Ull only be blacklisted for cases which look like misrepresentation as a general rule of thumb
