Hi, Please do not withdraw money until you get Confirmation of Permanent Residence. Visa officer might come back to you asking for updated statement if he gets doubtful about it. It is not worth taking the risk. Thanks for asking this question, probably it was an important one that was missed, I would pin this comment.

The main point for hiring consultant is lack of knowledge of applying for PR. As you have already hired him/her so there is no point to regret. So, get the best advantage of their knowledge. There are many people including my friends who have already paid to the consultant but they are not able to get a high band in IELTS/PTE exam. Their money is gone until they get the high score. So spend wisely...

But coming back to IELTS omg I'm just tired of doing it have already done like 6 times but yet 8/7/7/7 and i don't think I'm doing any mistakes too..like first 3 times i agree but then for the rest of the time i did a perfect preparation using all kinda materials but still the maximum i got was 8/7/6.5/6.5 thrice got the same score 😓 fed up with that so can someone pls tell me how to crack that?

What if after getting ITA , u get money from some of your family n friends and it will be just two months of that much money in ur account at the time of pr app submission. Bank statement will show quite a number of transactions right after ITA received, won't it be a trouble or they would understand if we provide gift deed and also money pool LOE, (money pool is a manual method where diff ppl put their money equal amount and every month they get the sum of all people's money,

Hi Sheetanshu, I have a query regarding opening the bank account with Scotia bank while still being in India. The bank site mentions that we need a letter of confirmation of immigration from the embassy( I assume it means COPR stamping). How is it possible to then use this account as proof of funds as the stamping would only be done post submitting the proof of funds. I have a relative who is ready to transfer the fund if its a Canadian account by the means of gift deed. Need your advice on this.

You said that if it's a gift deed we need not show it for 6 months prior to application. So do we have to show it in actual cash and not FD? So if I have xxx amt of FD but no cash balance apart from 10K or so... Would that be alright?

Thank you for this very informative and interesting vlog.. Currently we are on the process for completing our necessary docs for Student Visa, for September 2019 intake. Just want to ask regarding the POF, most of the money we have came from our savings and the rest is being borrowed from our relatives and I want to know if for example we already have the Bank certificate and corresponding transaction history and we did got the visa can we already return the money prior to our daparture to Canada as Student? Do the immigration officer in Canada will verify the bank certificate or the actual cash amount? The system currently asks all applicants to provide a proof of funds document. If you don't need to provide proof of funds, you must upload a letter explaining either that you have been invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class, or that you have a valid job offer. You can attach canada job payment salary slip Year 2021

Hi, I have a question. My earnings are pretty high but the bank system is not safe and often there are some attacks on the account to steal the money. Therefore I withdraw cash every month and keep it in the safe deposit box. How can I proof my funds? I have checks from my employer that show the salary amount and also the document that can prove I have the safe deposit box. Bank statements show that deposits every month are for the high amount but average is very low since I withdraw that money. I deposited needed amount back but it doesn't sit there for 6 month.
