I am a banker. I had worked in bank A for almost 06 years. During these time i worked in two different branches. Now I am working in Bank B for almost 4 years. The managers of both branches of Bank A are refusing to provide me experience letters or reference letters. And all other collegues with whom I worked have been transferred to other branches. I have got NOI on August 26, 2020. To apply I need to get reference letters. What should I do in this situation?

I would suggest you discuss it with HR. Send a reference request letter to Human resources.

Get experience letter of bank A, combine with tax documents and salary slips. Get in touch with any of your colleagues and request him for a legal declaration affadavit stating your roles and responsibilities. Same legal declaration affidavit for bank B and combine with tax documents and salary slips. You may also provide ur offer letters and promotion letters.

@@Navivinayak yes I have my letter of posting, letter of release from the branch, salary account statement, letter of promotion. But the current employees of those branches don't know me. So they are not going to provide me anything like reference letter. However, the colleagues I used to work with are now working at different branches of Bank A. Will it be ok if I get that letter from one of them? I am ok with Bank B.

@@mrrahman1086 yes. Request your ex colleagues for legal declaration affidavit, make sure the affidavit lists all ur roles and responsibilities you performed at Bank A. Also, make sure to mention number of hours you worked per week. Make sure you provide any official letter or reference letter listing your roles and responsibilities for Bank B, else prepare a similar legal affidavit for Bank B. You shall also provide tax documents along with all these. Epf can also be provided as it contains name of ur employer. Good luck!

Sir i want to apply in Occupation In demand stream (7511). I will meet all the requirements by 1 November 2020. Occupation in demand stream is always open now . So after 23oct i also have to go through EOI system? If yes , than it’s really not a good news for Occupation in Demand stream. Because there was no rush for that stream. Please reply how’s gonna impact this stream

Hi Samita, the candidate must have graduated, or waiting degree, from a PhD/Master's program at an eligible ONTARIO institution. This stream will not apply to students graduated from other provinces. Hope this helps.

Hey, To apply for OINP under Human Capital Priorities Stream, is it mandatory to have bachelors evaluated for ECA if we have masters as well ? Both from India and same university. Since we can only have marks for the highest qualification while creating profile for EE.

Hey Amit, Few rules have changed for ECA, now you just need to get your highest qualification evaluated from WES. That means in your case you just need to get masters evaluated. I assume that you are aware of the ECA process and other related requirements for transcripts and all. Good luck in your journey to Canada
