Boca means mouth in Spanish. The song is pretty much about how people are only speaking hate and they are trying to silence them. I can't remember if you guys watched Scream before, Boca follows after Scream and then Odd Eye is the next one. You should definitely check it out.

Boca means "mouth" in Spanish and Portuguese and is part 2 of the Dystopia trilogy, which deals with bullying and hate comments, in particular the online variant ("A trick behind a mask, a ridiculous freak" from Scream). Boca has the lines "Why do you fill your precious time with hate" and "Too many angels dying now", which points to the effects those comments can have. Several Kpop idols have committed suicide in recent years, most likely because of cyber-bullying, but this is also about all the unnamed people who suffer from online bullies. A girlgroup tackling such a subject impresses the hell out of me. They literally go to war in this video and tell haters to go and shut their "Boca" in the lyrics. And the song is absolutely awesome! Who said you can't have three different musical genres in one song?

Actually there are a lot of other channels which discussing abt them, but that channel is the one who often uploaded videos abt Dreamcatcher and become reference for many InSomnia (including me also😁) Another extra info for you too : Dreamcatcher also collaborating with Producer Han Dongcheol and his production company Funky Studio to produce their own first reality show. Producer Han Dongcheol is often cited as "Star Producer" who has led several famous programs such as "Produce 101", "Show Me The Money", "Unpretty Rapstar", and "Sixteen" during his times on Mnet before he left and joined with YG Entertainment at 2017, which he also eventually left to start a new fresh by establishing his own production company called Funky Studio.
