only 6 members are in scream. handong was in china doing a tv show so it was the period before covid. she became stuck there and couldn't return in time for boca. they used a masked placeholder in handong's place so in some scenes you can see the masked dancer.

The masked dancer is one of their choreographers, because who else could keep up with them? Siyeon (who you wanted to draw) is spectacularly beautiful and her special charm is she doesn't think she is.

You are correct that Handong is the missing member in Boca, she is also not in this MV but they have a backup dancer in a black mask as a placeholder for her. She was doing a survival show in china called "Youth with you" at the time and then got stuck in china because of the pandemic. She came back to Korea at the end of 2020. They had a comeback on Jan 26th with the title track "Odd Eye" which brings an end to the Dystopia Trilogy :) Life always comes first, but always nice to see people react to my Ult Group, in their own time =) Keep up the good work =)

The change in lyrics from I don't want to scream to I just want to make you scream is the central point of the song. People who get bullied online become damaged and in turn pass the hate on to someone else, and so the toxicity spreads as the devil eyes go from person to person over the internet. Koreans are especially susceptible to haters because of their culture and several well known kpop singers and some actors have been driven to suicide by it. Boca gets into that.

You should react to the "This Is..." series by the KZbin channel called Insomnicsy. They have videos for each member of Dreamcatcher that goes through their personality, roles, and other quirks and is a great way to learn the members and is mostly spoiler free. Most people start with "This Is Jiu" as Jiu is the leader of the group (the girl with purple hair that starts off "Scream"). You may want to finish reacting to the group's title tracks first if you haven't done so on your off time already before reacting to guides so you don't get any spoilers. I know you reacted to "Piri", "Chase Me", and "Boca" a while back, but you were on a hiatus for some time and could have seen/heard their other title tracks already. If not, then great, you should do them in order before the "This Is..." series so you don't get spoiled. I know many people have already explained the order of the songs and probably gave you a huge list, so I won't do that here, haha. I also have no clue if this video was recently recorded and uploaded or if it was recorded a while ago and now just uploaded. Either way, glad to see that you're back and reacting to Dreamcatcher. Scream - Boca - Odd Eye. You also have the bsides they promoted like Black or White, Dear, and Wind Blows for each era. I recommend watching their live performances of their bsides. They also have self made music videos for Sahara, Break the Wall, and Poison Love for corresponding eras

thank you for reacting to dreamcatcher,you got so many things right already but I would also suggest you check out other source for the lyrics too later on,sometimes an english cover of a kpop song have more coherent lyrics than the ones in the official video since its more literal word by word tho I do appreciate 7dreamers fo adding the captions,anyhow this is just a little suggestion from a dreamcatcher fan those things helped me understand the feeling of the songs more you dont have to do any of them I appreciate the reactions regardless,take care.

0:45 Yeah, you've basically nailed it; the whole Dystopia series centres around bullying and online harassment. 4:09 Different series, but nice touch! 😂 And yeah, Dami was my dark horse. Siyeon and JiU have always been my respective bias and wrecker, since virtually as soon as I discovered them. But Dami snuck up on me (I think I realised later that meeting them in 2019 is when it started), and by this album, there was no denying her; she and JiU are now my "Wrecking Crew". For the record, as much as she may do things to you _now..._ wait till you see Red Sun (also from this album)... 😈 5:05 Adorableness and random spurts of hatred is pretty much cats in a nutshell, in my experience... 😜 6:23 Gahyeon is indeed the maknae. Fun fact, though: in the _before-times,_ when there was no Dreamcatcher, and no Gahyeon or Handong (in their circles, anyway), _Dami_ was the maknae. 😉 And I genuinely get the impression she was glad when Gahyeon joined up to take her role. Maknaes are expected to be cute, and unless she's in the mood, that just isn't Dami's thing. Gahyeon, on the other hand, just _embodies_ the role. I tend to think that she has two personalities fighting for control of her body: one is the real her - a fiercely intelligent 22-year-old. The other is a flailing-limbed toddler... who is usually the one in charge. 6:50 There are _6 1/2_ members in the video for Scream... kind of. During the "story" parts of the video, there are only the six of them, but when they're dancing, they're dancing as seven, with the addition of the Masked Dancer, who takes Handong's spot in the choreo. As I recall, Dongie actually used the MV to learn her choreo in her own time while she was in China, by watching the masked dancer. By Boca, they just filmed as a six-member choreo, but had a seven-piece version ready for Dongie when she came back - this was mostly in the form of drawings, and she learned her choreo for Boca while she was self-quarantining in her hotel... 7:47 As others have mentioned, Boca was actually the first time Gahyeon drastically coloured her hair (and she's loving it). Before then she _did_ colour it, but it always stayed dark, with maybe a mid-brown being the lightest she went (she also did things like dark red tints, and green tips on her black hair). 8:30 I'm not 100%, but I think _most_ of it was actually filmed using an LED screen wall, rather than actual green screen techniques, though I'm sure there was at least some involved. 9:07 That's pretty much the exact same face I make when I look at Siyeon (except yours looks better doing it)... 😍🥴 I totally sympathise with the need to draw her; I've caved on that impulse a few times... 12:54 I think she's got it! have you noticed that in KPOP the video doesn't have to have anything to do with the song at all? I could give you examples of it. They do it on purpose to deliver two messsages at once. EXID did it almost all the time. Here the video shows sailor moon type powers. Angels or goddesses or something, in conflict over who controls the tree off Language and they accidentelly kill the tree. In Bocca the video shows them growing a new tree and the conflict over control of it goes on. We get to see what our world is like without the tree. Men as brutes. The statues with mouths taped shut. Did you notice Dami chained to the crowd? Actually they were chained to her. The classical Greek image of religion. Bu the story in the songs has nothing at all to do with any of that. Anyway, I'm just suggesting that you not worry too much about finding a way to make the song and video fit each other. It's often not a video of the song.

It is a shame you switched to the worst English subtitles possible for Scream. A nonsense ones. Try "English" (not UK) ones next time you watch the mv. And you do like to make 5 mins pauses during the video, to play with your cat etc. Less you pause, more likes you'll get.
