So, we can sort of list a few of the "gods" of the Dream SMP. This is going to be a long comment XD -- DreamXD, -God of creation, dreams, nightmares and life, more?? It can be assumed he created the server. -He chose his appearance after Dream because he was the first human XD saw. - He has different forms, human and "god" are the two we know about -Naïve to human ways, almost seeming childlike in his ignorance, but clearly is not innocent due to his love of giving people nightmares and thinking twisted things. -Defensive and not accepting of critique. -"Consumes" souls for energy(and fun) --which is what I assume are canon lives, since he said Punz gave him a few souls -He talks to people who sleep a lot (cough, George). -Has access to creative mode so we can assume he is immortal. --Drista, -Canonically some sort of god of chaos, or I've seen her referred to as a devil, since the server members can make a "deal with the devil" referring to her. -Has access to creative mode, so we can assume she's immortal. definitely --Callahan, -Clearly some sort of god because he can access creative and runs the server most of the time -He can also die and respawn like normal people. - I'm not sure his mortality status. He dies but also has creative mode immortality, so its really confusing. -Recently, he created the portal to the Dream SMP 1.18 world, so maybe a god of worlds? --The Egg, -Some sort of god-like entity (or demonic) that needs energy from people dying around it to grow -It is immobile so it uses other people to do its bidding by basically brain-washing them and offering them their hearts desires. - Can speak in the minds of those afflicted, and possibly other gods minds (Foolish could hear without being infected, as did Techno) -Cannot be blown up, and hurts those who try to mine it away. -I don't know its overall goal, but possibly to hatch? -It may be immortal, since it hurts those trying to destroy it and has been around for a long time (The Masquerade, Tales of the SMP) --Death (aka Kristin Minecraft lol) -I don't know how canonical Kristin is to the Dream SMP, she's not even on the server, but her "presence" has been hinted at through Philza, and fans absolutely adore her lol. She's apparently a goddess of death, according to popular headcanons. None of this is canon on the DSMP, so make of it what you will. "Mortal Gods" sort of(ones with canon lives and possibility of death) --Philza Minecraft -Called the angel of death -Said to be immortal, but has one canon life, meaning he can lose it. So just a forever living being until someone shanks him. -Has wings, apparently -Has a child, Wilbur, and a grandchild, Fundy, who are not gods, so its not hereditary god-hood. -We don't now how canonical his Hardcore series is, but he has one life due to his nature of playthroughs, and has made references to the Antarctic Empire (SMPEarth) a few times. Don't know how canonical this is. --Technoblade --The blood god. Said to never die, but has canon lives, so its unknown if he's truly immortal or conditionally immortal like Philza. -Hears voices in his head that demand blood -Its unknown how old he is, or how long he's lived for, but he is good friends with Philza, and known to not die, so he might be super old too. -There's a backstory on the wiki that he hates orphans because orphans murdered his family, but who knows how canonical that is (also that would make himself an orphan XD) --FoolishGamers --The totem god/ totem of undying. --Is a long-living god, but not immortal because he has canon lives and has already lost one. So, conditionally immortal --Has a past of being a totem of dying, implying he killed lots of people -Can control lightning sometimes. Other possible god: Mr. Beast? Lol, he has access to creative mode, and shows up only for events, so he might be a god of opportunity.

He told Foolish Dream just happened to be the first human he saw and he copied his form. I'm guessing he lied to Foolish. 1. He likes George way more than Foolish and George is probably in no position to use that info. 2. Because at once point Dream's voice clearly comes through XD and then vanishes as quickly as it came. Never thought I'd like Foolish's character, I love how he's trying to suggest the idea of sharing or granting power without making is super obvious that his goal from XD is to gain power from him. It's kinda foolish of Foolish but I'm into see what the end result of it will be because XD obviously gets upset realizing mortals are possibly using him for items as we know with the George incident. Kindof feel like Foolish sees XD as like his boss figure or like someone who you can have a positive relationship with but still is kinda still a little on edge because you want to make a good impression so they'll promote you. But it's not clickbait. It's heavily implied DreamXD greatly "favours" George but no one seems to "know" specifically. When Foolish asks the question, DreamXD answering that he talks mostly to people who sleeps the most, it's not a Headcanon. It's LITERALLY DreamXD directly implying his connection to "the one who sleeps the most" "that one guy who wear goggles and sleeps for weeks on end." DreamXD goes as far as smiting anyone who even remotely becomes inappropriate/rude to him. But George was talking to him. DreamXD desires George's acknowledgement and I quote "I want your... Acceptance."
