Love this series, but Dre mention the wide/thick neck, Neck training is extremely underrated and neck is the MOST if not one of the most important things for attractiveness, few catching up to it but now its getting a little attention. look at all the models and goodlooking guys whats one thing they all have in common? low body fat and huge necks.

Went from having a regular undercut for several years into growing my hair out through covid. My natural curls came through, but I lost out on my facial features like the defined jawline. Went to the barber a few weeks ago and got myself a mullet. Quite experimental and exotic cut, nevertheless it got rid of the volume that covered my facial structures whilst still emphasizing the curls that are also covering up my receding hairline.

Idea: Maybe someday show how to get that high flip in the fringe area in front? (This is shown before the final style you have landed on goes into place so perfectly.) IMO it is really a Cool look, and so isn't the look you are rocking now which is very similar to what have now as well. But, trying to obtain that kind of a higher upward flip? Try as I might, I always meet with failure. Perhaps it is a snap for almost any guy to do. Well, my brains must have fallen out or something cause no matter how I have tried, I just can't get it. Thanks for making the video. A+ as always.

Wanna loose body fat? Jumping rope. Never had any extra fat due to genetics, but I see people changing a LOT in just a few weeks of eating better and skipping. One of the best cardio exercises ever. Just be sure to start slow, specially if you are overweight or have any lower body injuries. Constant impact can cause severe damage.

are you able to do advice on mine, instagram? I typically do a similar style to yours, short on the sides longer & fringed on the top, basically a bedhead look..... BUT I don't take many photos of myself with that style because it looks terrible on camera, like makes my bangs almost invisible and highlights sections of my forehead that kind of shows behind the fringe... hard to explain but basically when I'm done styling it in the mirror it looks good, I'm like "This is perfect".. then randomly I'll look at it on my phone camera and it goes from 10/10 in my eyes to a 3/10. But I do the messy bed head look cause it looks better in the mirror, which is more accurate detail wise of how other people see you. I know it's a semi controversial subject Mirror vs Photos... if you ask me photos can only make you look good based on: - Lighting. - Positioning. - Skin complexation, (Darker skin looks better than pale on camera) - Facial shape. - The camera. While mirrors are pretty much 99% accurate, just flipped.. like I've been to plenty of barber shops & gyms, I've seen people in the mirror then face to face.. the difference is almost nothing, while photos can make someone look totally different. But you'll see in my instagram I have my hair up in most pictures... because to me it looks really good in photos, that particular style... but in the mirror it's like, ok looking.. the Bed head style vs Spiked up style are like total opposites... Bed head looks best in the mirror and bad on camera, spiked up looks decent in the mirror but waaaay better on camera. But since you're a pro, rate my instagram: instagram.com/williamhottzz/ looking for advice on hairstyles for my face shape... My attributes (If you can't tell from photos) - Hair color = light brown - Eye color = Green

If you want a more chiseled face you should gain more muscle in your face. If you gain more muscle in your face the fat naturally gets more spread out which make it appear as if you have less fat.
