Dr. Bergs videos have changed my life. I've been listening, learning & supplementing for 3 years & I am healthier than I've been in over12 years. I've suffered with intense pain & been compromised by too many medications over the years, having no other choice at the time; then I found Dr.Berg through a friend. I also lost over 60 pounds on Keto & Intermittent Fasting which took about 6 months; however when the weight started to come off, it came off SO FAST it blew my mind! Thank you Dr. Berg for being so caring & helping us understand our bodies, our food & supplementation. God bless you.

I literally can't stop myself from appreciating Dr Berg for his excellent effort and work for humanity and all those who are suffering. I have been sick since 1999 till this day when I got H Pylori back in 1999, with IBS and SIBO symptoms. Only and Only those can feel my pain and suffering who have experienced all this. Dr. Berg you have raised such an important point that "Your Gut Health determines your Mood and your mood will determine your Gut Functioning". Your Videos have literally made me alive again and I will keep praying for you. I would love to do everything and anything for you and your noble cause to spread your message and knowledge. The Intermittent fasting technique is my favourite and it does helps a lot. God Bless You and May God give you strength and energy to help everyone. Thank you so much.

Dr Berg - You've covered chronic sinusitis but any new ideas on helping the runny nose, watery eyes and breaking up sinus biofilms would be so appreciated. Thanks for all the help.
@castricv2 жыл бұрын
Im 43. For my whole life I have had constant stuffy sinuses, runny nose, occassionally sinus headaches, get basic colds often and they last forever. I am not frail or sickly. I lift weights, 6 ft, stay pretty fit. Mouth breathed as a result forever. Just assumed this was normal and how it goes. In my 30s I realized that my 4 colds a year required more than rest and let it heal as docs say. I required antibiotics, not because of the virus of course, but because my sinises were so clogged that bacterials onfections would pop up and never clear out. It was a sad cycle that I would hoard antibiotics because i knew only way i could get better and docs are stupid. One day about a year before covid i saw a dr berg video on vitamin d. I saw another video on nose breathing and how to convert to it, but i was still having issues since obviously my nose was mostly clogged. After about 2 minths of vitamin D all of a sudden my nose cleared up for a few days. I forced myself to nose breathe. The conbo of both changed everything. You sinuses get used to being used. If you mouth breathe, the sinus stay narrow and unused. The D lowered inflammation and let some air get it while the use of my nose made it stronger. Later I added daily flossing and steam showers to further help moisturize my sinuses and to keep bacterial infections at bay. I started not getting sick anymore. Covid happened and i added k2 and magnesium. All of a sudden it clicked perfectly. I sleep better, no more apnea, my brain was more at ease and i dropped 30 lbs. My nose is almost never stuffy, only runs when super cold for a long time or sick and then clears up quickly, like in hours. I then gave up all sugar. Went low carb. Oh my word. Its like it never happened
@alycep.58862 жыл бұрын

@alycep.5886 i hope it helps in some way its so freeing. I literally proselytize it wherever i go lol. There's a few other smaller things i do for overall health, but that is the crux of it. I grew up in louisiana so it was really bad, but it didnt improve much for 20 years in TN, but it helps on some level everywhere

I also take taurine people do not get enough from the diet! In theese times we get around 400 mg from the diet, years ago people consume 2000 mg taurine. Bipolar people are low on taurine. Exercise! Get outside in nature:) most people snore too and that leads too sleep apnea, I also take vit A, vit E, I also take zinc and iron because ive struggled with low iron a long time and I do fasting here and there... today ive eaten 4 meals.
