Check your posture, tension in neck area can cause ringing in ears. Don't stress about it, accept it. I've had it for a couple of years since waking up with a sore neck. For the first few months I stressed about it and it got worse and worse. Since then I've taken opposite approach. I know for certain that mine is linked to neck tension, weak muscles in back. So I've worked on building muscles and posture. I also accept it, since then my tinnitus has gone from a 7/10 to a 2/10 and most of the time I don't notice it unless I have had poor sleep. Hoping that it goes away completely eventually.

For a cough - and this works great on an infant, too - chop up RAW ONION, spread on a paper towel and secure to the bottom of the foot with a sock. It's called an "onion poultice", courtesy of Barbara O'Neill. You can administer healing garlic & essential oils thru the pores on the bottom of the foot as well.

Doc I've watched and followed u for years and am so grateful for all you've taught me. Please reconsider promoting coconut oil, as it is high in saturated fat. It's so sad for me bc I use it for hair, skin, and food but I had to cut it out of my diet.

We live in MO. We have a hot tub, I started sitting out in the cold after the hot tub for about 5 to 10 min. The weather has been about 30 to 40 degree. I’m not 100% sure if that helps, I’m loving it!!!

Hello Dr. Axe I love the wealth of information you provide for all of us. Great job! Q: I started taking several supplements to strengthen my immune system but started getting heartburn every time. What can I do to prevent this from happeningI? I had to stop taking them or just alternate them to every 2-3 days.

I just ordered the multi vitamin. It's the first time I have ordered. I got the 10% discount for being first time purchase, but I also spun the wheel at the beginning and got another 10% discount and it would not let me use both discount codes. Not to cool especially when I had to pay for shipping. js

Cod liver oil is great to prevent tooth decay!!! Royal Lee was right! I read all about it! Eat full fat dairy from pasture raised cows( if you can get raw dairy even better), grass fed butter, organ meats and egg yolks from pasture raised chickens!!!! That's what we eat in my household!!!! I get my cod liver oil Rosita brand, it's pure raw cod liver oil! We cook in lard, ghee, avocado oil and beef tallow! I recommend everyone to read Nourishing Fats book by Sally Fallon

I have a silly question of sorts, maybe. I I have a question taht I'm kind of embarrassed to ask. I am crippled and I use crutches to get around now. I used to be free handed with that. Bu as I age, it became more and more necccessary for me to use a cane and ten crutches. I seem to wear down quicker as I age. Do I need to get out and walk the same amount as the average person who isn't crippled? Would walking up and down stairs with a railing be beneficial? I will admit, I should get out and do as much as I can and not time it. Just get out and GO! I wasjust kind of wondering in your estimation, is excersize equal in allpeople, if you know what I mean? I've been enjoying your podcasts.
