@@9perik Estrogen in foods can lead to very early hypothyroidism. I had hypothyroidism at 22. The source: black mold in my appartment (very high in mycoestrogen). Since then (3 years ago) I still haven't recovered, my adrenals are almost dead, my thyroid is still enlarged, but my metabolism got better after taking Iodine and Selenium (from foods, I took Kelp and Brazil nuts).

At the end, I like when he stated that it's about health first, and weight comes off as a side-effect. A lot of tv shows now promote weight loss surgery (as if taking the weight off at any cost will make someone healthier) but then some of the patients get severe malnutrition because they haven't learned how to eat for health. Eating less is not always better if it is just less junk.

You can't really blame doctors for most of it. Doctors are excellent for trauma (accidents, exposures) and their long term effects. They're good for normal lifespan issues with pediatrics, OB/GYN, urology, dermatology, sports medicine, geriatrics, congenital conditions, etc. But what people mostly unfairly blame doctors for in regards to giving them poison is they THEMSELVES poison their bodies with booze, cigarettes, excess sugar, sedentary life styles. This is the BULK of what is clogging our medical services to the point that the care for normal conditions gets lost in the shuffle. MOST people who live healthful lifestyles only need the "normal lifespan" services sometimes. But the system is clogged with instant-gratification self-inflicted medical injury patients who are now scoffing at the medications. An industry of medications fueled by the clamor of patients for pills. "Timmy has an earache. I demand anti-biotics!" The people informed the pharmaceutical companies to pump out the poisons. "We want! We want!" But we blame doctors.

@@jonathanramirez232 Don't believe anyone who claims one thing utopian... I don't know the health care system in Scandinavia (I'm Danish) because I don't use it (thankfully) but I know it is not perfect. It's overcrowded, ppl sleep in the hallways, doctors and nurses don't have enough time for care giving, so you get treated like cattle. I don't have a feeling that the hospitals here are some grand scheming conspiracy to keep ppl sick, or just to squeeze you for as much money as possible. (side note Denmark and Sweden do have a lot of drug and health manufactures/suppliers, so thank you Americans for making them so profitable! ;p ) Running hospitals for profit, should not be allowed, i think, same like prisons which, it seems you are dialing back a little in America. But i still prefer the flaws here than the mess you got in the US. I just finished listening to "An Arm & a Leg"-podcast, and well I am thankful i am not sick there...

High levels of estrogen hormones causes puffiness and swelling of the body and face and also affect your the thyroid gland. One of many side effects is gain weight and hair loss. Also high cortisol or insulin causes PCOS, muscle weakness, acne, hair loss. Take L-Carnitine to cure insulin resistance side effects so no more PCOS and muscle weakness. Take Agnus Cactus to balance your hormones estrogen, androgen and progesterone so no facial hair or even delay early menopause. Take Kelp to help your body recover from any loss of minerals and vitamins that may slow your metabolism. Take syberian Ginseng to help your adrenal glands recover and work properly. Being healthy inside your body your will see your hair grow and loose weight very easily.

I've been so sick that getting to the doctors is difficult and my insurance does not cover natural medicine doctors like yourself so I can't see someone like you personally. I've been binge-watching your videos about so many subjects and just came across this one and saw another in the que about healing my specific body type. I'm moved to tears with gratitude sir, for all that you do, so selflessly to educate and help laypeople about their health and well being. You are a Godsend to so many patients and their families and loved ones and I am eternally grateful for your kind demeanor and great wisdom you so generously share with us. I'll be keeping you in prayer my friend. Thank you again and many, many blessings to you.
