She’s by far the most busted DPS student up till now. The dmg she deals to light armor is leagues above anything any other dps can do against their own effective armor. And since purple dmg ain’t a thing in most raids yet, she’s usable everywhere. Peak lore accurate Hina 😭😭😭😭😭

Roll for D.Hina but spark S.Hoshino if new. Should add that if you are newish not to actually build D.Hina unless you can max her because if you can't then you will be borrowing a max from others anyway. Plan ahead there are no gear/skill resets so material used is material used.

question... so D.Hina's Explosive Effectiveness self buff can stack with S.Hoshino's EX skill? If so does that mean her Explosive Effectiveness can reach 200%?

Yes, it does. Combined all her EE buffs with S Hoshi's buffs, it becomes 229% around there total. HOWEVER, imo, S Hoshi's buffs actually drop in value, because the DPS increase with her 99% EE buff, isn't actually as high as ppl expect, only about 30% DPS increase after some calculations me and my friends ran, because you're already buffing something which is extremely high, so the value drops. THAT ISNT TO SAY YOU CANNOT USE HER WITH D HINA - Sorry for caps, i just wanted to stress that. S Hoshi is still a great pairing with D Hina, and in a lot of occasions, you can/should use them together. What it just means that she ISN'T NECCESARY for D Hina to work. 30% DPS increase is still amazing, just again, NOT ESSENTIAL, but you'd still use them tgt a lot. I didn't include in the video cause it'd...be longer than it already is, and I dont wanna overcomplicate stuff, and the most important and basic thing to know is that, yes S Hoshi can give extra EE to D Hina, improving her damage

I like hina, not one of my favorites though. I’m good with her being the fest banner but one thing I don’t like is the simping that sensei does ingame towards her during the event. Like come on devs I thought ako was supposed to be y’all’s self insert hina simp character (Also, some of us actually like makoto. Please have sensei at least play along with her schemes). Sensei has literally always simped for Hina. Why would now be any different? The game has practically treated her as the canon wife with how much more attention she gets from Sensei than the rest of the cast.

Makoto is a known trouble maker and she's actively trying to hurt/defame a student, and if you actually read and pay attention to the story, Sensei cannot allow himself to abandon any students, so in this event he simply told Hina of Makoto's scheme, and then let the Prefect Team do their own stuff. And what sort of simping was there in this event? All Sensei did was congratulate Hina on playing the Piano well, that's like basic human decency. If you want to see real Hina simping, check out the bond story instead. And honestly I fail to see any good things from Makoto. There's a reason why the majority of the fan base hates her. She's basically useless every time we've seen her on screen, actively sabotages everything based on her own whims (biggest offender being the mess the Eden Treaty became), and making a mess for her club members or more specifically just Iroha (bcs the rest of the club has shown no use so far, not even statements) to clean up after. Even in Kivotos, a lot of Senseis just despise the talentless bully in power trope.

Also, Makoto's "schemes" are just actively trying to hurt the prefect team, especially Hina, for no reason. Going along with that would go against everything Sensei stands for.

D.Hina is a pure red DPS with mostly single-target focus since her EX is a very thin straight line so hitting more than two enemies with it is kind of difficult unless they're tightly grouped/lined up really closely. S.Hoshino is an offensive support who provides red-dmg + ATK buffs and cost regen for your team. They're both top tier units, but S.Hoshino is arguably more versatile since she can be used in most situations and still provide some value even in non-red content.

What does UE mean? I just started playing the game 2 weeks ago and im level 46...

It means Unique Equipment - i.e once you get a unit to 5 stars, you will unlock their UE (like a evolved version), aka their ascended weapon. So levelling up the weapon to lvl 30 = UE30, then you spend more of that character's elephs to be able to level it up to lvl 40 = UE40, and you again use elephs to be able to level it to lvl 50 = UE50
