Drew, you need to slice it and: 1. Dry fry it for a few minutes on each side. 2. Cover it in sugar and fry/bake it until the sugar melts on both sides. 3. Try a spam musubi recipe. 4. Try it in a japanese pancake - I call it spamcake!

I make diet coke chicken. Cook your chicken with coke or Diet Coke and ketchup. It cooks down into a barbecue sauce and doesn’t have a lot of calories. My kids love it too! I also add some mesquite season in it too. Yummy!
