SHANNONS " .....is PROMOTING IT !!....Targa or not !! This is " HOONING " IN PUBLIC STREETS, except that is a poor excuse to go fanging through residential streets with homes everywhere, and nothing to stop this vehicle from coming off the road and going into someone's home and possibly killing someone, should something go wrong with the car. I can't believe there can be that many IRRESPONSIBLE IDIOTS IN ONE PLACE.
