@@Castiel_Stark I agree it has gotten to a point where he stutters much less in some of what I've seen online. I seen a video of Drew and he was actually a little upset it seemed that some people were saying it's getting a little better. I realize that it's not gone and unless it's gone he's likely not going to feel any better about it I know that I wouldn't. In a video of his he said he only sounds better because he edits his videos so that it's the most fluent without as much stuttering as possible but in a video of his where he was live on stage where there were no edits made he clearly sounds like he's stuttering less I agree with him it's not better it's not gone so I understand what he's saying but it is getting less. Anyways if Drew lynch actually sees this comment of mine I genuinely hope you don't take any offense by it because I absolutely don't mean any offense whatsoever please please don't take offense to my comment. I have autism and have many difficulties of my own as well as a result of having autism that make my life very difficult so in that sense I understand and to be clear I'm not saying I understand what you're going through because I don't I just understand how having a disability can make things very difficult in a person's life in many ways.🙂👍✌

@@edumw4163 and listen to yourself. At least when Drew does it, he's joking. It's roast comedy.
@kerimayfield69425 жыл бұрын
@@edumw4163 go watch the show, when he roasts a person, it's either a drunk, a heckler, or a drunk heckler, and the way he does it is actually funny, and prevents his show from being stopped at the same time. If the person is not a heckler, then his roast never turns out offensive in the end. He's not skilless, he is just able to adapt to whatever happens on his show. Also, if you watch a lot of comedy, you'll notice a disturbing amount of famous comedians continuously reuse skits they've made, or even steal skits from other comedians. It's difficult to find a comedian that keeps coming up with original content and he is one of them.
@wonderboy78805 жыл бұрын
@@edumw4163 I don't think you know what you're talking about.
@tired2475 жыл бұрын
@@edumw4163 Yes, because Drew walking up in front of a huge audience and performing in front of all of them is considered "cowardly". Anyone who takes comedy as offensive has no sense of humor. (That would probably be you, bud) There are actually a bunch of drunk hecklers who say rude things to him during his shows, and he roasts them. That's not cowardly, that's one of the bravest things, and FUNNIEST to do. Just watch his videos and see. He only says something when someone (like you) says something stupid. Nobody, literally _nobody_ asked for your opinion on the subject. I get you have a different opinion, but in all honesty, I think _cursing_ is cowardly, as it shows just how immature you are. So I'd say it's very ironic you've said the "F" word at least 3 times.

True. I just recently found Drew like a month ago and when I saw this I thought the same thing. His speaking has improved so much you would not know his stutter was this bad before. His jokes have also kept up with the same quality if not improved by a lot, and he’s so good at improvising jokes with situations with his crowd. If Howie has kept up with Drew, it’d be like the Tony Stark to Peter Parker.

I'll be honest, watching him when he first came around on AGT, I thought, oh good, another sympathy act, but watching his stand up now and then watching these... He just deserved that golden buzzer. That pause, that silence when he called himself a jerk, he wasn't saying that for TV, he knew that in his heart. He hated that part of him, probably even believed he deserved the stutter back then.

I'll be honest, he did change up his story so he could get extra sympathy but if it's not sympathetic and sad enough, then agt doesn't let you perform so I don't blame him
@UnderaRockGaming2 жыл бұрын
@@nathan9901 I would argue that it wasn't a sympathy act, so much as an empathy act. Sympathy is given when people cannot understand something the person has/is going through. Howie Mandel almost tried to kill himself (funny enough after an incident on the Howard Stern show) so for my money, he saw in Drew something he sees in himself and wanted to reward the kid for being brave enough to come out and give voice to those feelings. Empathy act, not a sympathy act. Though I do agree that perhaps without Howie there, Drew may not have gotten through. Im so glad he did because I have a new favourite comedian now.
