I'M SO HAPPY that I made it back to the incredible East African nation of TANZANIA! My previous (and only) visit here was back in Jan 2018, where I only visited the island of Zanzibar. But I really missed out because the people, culture, food and nature on the mainland is just about as good as you can find anywhere on this planet.
My friends at Qatar Airways reached out and offered to fly me and Deanna on business class to Tanzania, and we couldn't say no! I've never had a better flying experience in my life... and Tanzania was just amazing! We began our trip in Arusha, then went to Ngorongoro Conservation area before heading deep into the Serengeti for 3 nights and finally ending in a town called Moshi. Tanzania is a phenomenal country inside and out, and I can't wait to show you more of this country over the coming 2 weeks!

Absolutely the most beautiful video.. When my sister passed from Covid a month ago, she was --in her delirium, minutes before passing, she was smiling and saying she was floating over the forest in Tanzania; where she had been a few years before. I am now sure she passed in peace; the hot air balloon part of the video must be what she "felt" or experienced, I didn't go with her so I don't know. Indeed, it was the most beautiful way to leave this Earth. Keep it up! You touch lives in more ways than you can imagine. Thanks for the joy and healing to our loss.

Drew, so glad you made it to the country that is STILL in my heart! I lived there as a missionary from 2000-2005. I still keep in contact with my friends there. I still speak KiSwahili too, ha ha. We lived in Mwanza which is the second largest city there and at the bottom of Lake Victoria. The lake has fresh tilapia they line up on the grills for less than $2 a fish!!!!!!
