I've actually never heard about Levi's made & crafted, so I searched it up and I like their products. I think my preference goes out to Carhartt just because I like their type of style more. And also I am legend is a awesome film. Time is more valuable imo

Carhartt WIP is one of my favorite brands all my Carhartt hoodies are WIP because they have a more traditional fashion fit/cut than the inline Carhartt. However I will say some of the WIP prices are outrageous for example a Detroit Jacket from Wip is 288 where a normal Detroit jacket is 90 but they always have sales after the seasons and you can def find some gems

I think what Levi's Made & Crafted achieves with its traditional denim garments (i.e. jeans and jackets) is far superior to Carhartt WIP. That said, as far as a brand as a whole, WIP is the clear winner. Their collections are so well conceptualized and executed. Plus the practicality of their pieces is unmatched. As a person who has repeatedly purchased items from both houses, I can say you can't go wrong with either. I tend to buy LM&C for their jeans and jean jackets, then WIP for their chore coats, work coats, sweatshirts, and accessories. It's a match made in heaven. Great review. Keep spreading that love.

Fantastic vid dude! Been a fan of carhartt for a while, haven’t seen any of the Made and Crafted before. Keep up the good work bro 👍 Also, this reminds me! Okay so at work I spend part of the day in the walk-in freezer, so we have these freezer suits made by this brand RefrigiWear that I also think look pretty dope, I think they’re called Iron Tough or w/e. I was curious so I looked up what else they have, and it looks like they’re also doing a WIP/Made and Crafted-style high end offshoot line through their Italian brand. Workwear’s really having a moment man

Another great video. I love the aesthetic of the Levi's made and crafted collections but something disappoints me with their fabrics, they put elastane in almost everything and I hate that. I bought some carhartt wip items and it looks like they don't mix cotton with elastane. Quality seems better than Levi's made and crafted. I guess depends on the pieces you're looking for. At the end, I love both lines.

I have 3 LMC denim jackets and 1 pair of jeans and I love all of them, I've heard of Carhart but I've never really looked into their products or brands, so I would definitely choose LMC, the one thing I don't really like with the LMC (unless it's the Japanese line) is how they fade the jeans, sometimes the honeycombs or whiskers do not look natural. I think they have had really good seasons with really cool designs and others not so much (like this season imo) but I still like the brand quite a lot. Also you can find great deals on eBay so if you ever want to get LMC for a great price look for some on there (or you can also wait for levis to have a sale)

"What's more valuable, time, or attention?" For me, attention is more valuable. I see attention as the direction where your work/energy goes to. And I like to believe that as long as you're putting your attention - which I also like to call "power" sometimes - into the right boxes, you'll get where you'll want to go. Thanks for the vid!

I’m more a carhartt kind of guy, never owned a WIP product or made and crafted. But I do enjoy the things from the brands. All my carhartt is from thrift stores and I adore what I got, but on the other hand my grandfather gave me an old Levi’s trucker jacket so they both have a special place in my heart

I've never heard of these 2 specific brands before this video lol, so I searched up both to see what they have to offer. That Carhartt WIP Olive Detroit Jacket... Oml I tell you bruh that is love at first sight. The functionality, style, material, and color is worth that $248 price tag. I'm seriously debating forgoing some of my other pickups just so I can cop that jacket.

Carhartt wip is a better brand. Not only does it have the trendy stuff but it also has the grown streetwear look. It’s a great brand when you’re trying to branch out and elevate your style. The quality and fit too is really good you can actually feel and see the difference between regulars carhartt and WIP, and the price for what your paying for is good. Levi’s made and crafted to me is like paying that extra for vans premium sneakers. I don’t see where my extra money is going to in the products except just for marketing tbh.

Another banger discussion! I also tend to wear more Levi's; but I gotta give CarharttWIP the W because I too really love the artistry on display in regards to their photography, magazine, etc! I feel as though time without attention would be nothing. Attention brings focus, clarity, motivation, inspiration. It's the paint that goes ON the canvas that is time itself. This doesn't discredit the idea of time though, as since time is the canvas, it is the basis for attention. However, I still prefer attention to time! Congrats on the complex feature, also!

Haven't seen the whole video but just wanted to say this, Levis is for people who are more into high fashion or anything thats not streetwear, as most of their garments fit slim to skinny. While carhartt gets called basic and trendy, it is very much that way because they make the best streetwear pants available in the market, everything from the fitting to the materials is just undefeated in the market rn, the fact you can buy a pair of pants from them for 40-90 dollars for a quality pair of pants that you know will elevate your streetwear outifit is just undefeated imo.

my input: - carhartt wip: quality has gone downhill in the last 5-6 years, but their silhouettes are much more modern and "intentional." i still buy wip because the quality is good, just not where it used to be. styling is much more unique. - made and crafted: not nearly at the level of quality that their pricepoint dictates. m&c pieces have the same quality as normal levis, with the exception of a few buzzwordy pieces (think japanese denim, sashiko stitiching, etc). only levis i buy at this point is LVC. the japanese denim m&c jeans i have had have high elastane content but still rip and are overall very thin.

In my opinion, attention is more important. Let’s take the example that I wanna make my jumpshots better. If I just do it sloppy for 3 hours, then I probably won’t evolve at all. Compare this to when I play 1 hour or even just 30 minutes, but with hyper focus on every movement. I think it is pretty self-explanatory which jumpshot becomes the better one.

I haven’t payed much attention to Levi’s Made and Crafted but I like Carhartt WIP. I feel like the two brands as a whole have a different vision, Carhartt being more workwear oriented and Carhartt WIP being higher quality and more fashionable. Levi’s is more of a classic denim and lifestyle brand, they make great clothes for everyday wear. I’d have to go with Carhartt WIP over Levi’s MaC.

Levis made and crafted feels like levis tryna cash in on well produced items after years of dumbing down and cutting corners on their mainline products it's fixing your mistake while continuing to make the mistake and having the over produced mediocre stuff in most retail stores. I mean shit they got levis in target. Carhartt WIP on the other hand feels like and experimentation from a brand known for workwear and producing items for functionality saying "how about we pay attention to the kids using our clothes to look cool and other things". And tbh if I want Japanese denim the last place I'm going is levis, get a pair of momotaro or samurai jeans.

I'm not that into WIP mainly because it seems like it's more style than substance. I live in Berlin and there's a bunch of Carhartt WIP stores here (including an outlet on the outskirts of the city) and since WIP was started by two Germans, I see it on the streets quite often (it used to be much harder to get WIP if you were not in Europe). I'm not sure a lot of Germans or Europeans know that Carhartt is originally from the US, since WIP is technically a separate company that licenses the brand from the OG Carhartt. Personally I feel like the quality of the stuff just isn't there, compared to OG Carhartt stuff (like their pants). Sure, the cuts are more contemporary and stylistic but to me personally that feels like a neutering of the original brand, which was meant to be worked in. After trying on some of their stuff, which is average European mid-tier streetwear quality, I'm not pleased with the price-to-quality ratio, compared to OG Carhartt or Dickies. The fits are also quite strange, which perhaps is to due European body proportions. A comparable brand to look into would be Stan Ray, which is also a workwear manufacturer. Like WIP, they have a streetwear arm that is based in the UK and has contemporary styling, with increased prices to boot.

Completely different brands. WIP is a way cooler brand, dope aesthetic, nice stores. However the product itself is sht for the most part. Awful quality. M&C feels dated but way higher quality product. If you like baggy clothes, streetwear, if you skate, go with WIP. If you like more fitted denim, timeless cuts, go with M&C… Off topic, I bought a dozen WIP long sleeve shirts at once. They are collecting dust, the cut is so bad what was I thinking.
