I always thought that promoting myself is like bragging but I must shift this kind of mindset. Promoting myself is being confident of who am I and knowing my strengths.❤ Thanks a lot Dr. Grace.🥰

Thank you. My manager has resigned. I was asked to give farewell speech to my manager. I avoid public speaking because of my English and I muddled, and when In front of people, I lost my words and I fell panicky. Then, I remembered your advice in one of your videos, you mentioned there that speaking from the heart, speak from the truth, show your vulnerability, be who you are. I made it. It worked for me. Thank you.

I have Indian name but i born in Indonesia. I am indonesian chinese. I worked 15 years as IT professional. What you said was right. I never get promoted in my life. I am now VP in US bank. I got this job by change job. I can see many of my indian colleagues like to self promote and demand their boss or peers for praise or recognition once they finish or do some tasks.. i feel that my colleagues only do their job and not suppose to demand recognition. I truly agreed that humility or value issue maybe the reason i never get promoted in my life. i never demand or fight for promotion or salary hike. I always get it by changing job.

I was raised to Work Hard and results will come. That is a lie meant to keep the working class where they are. In fact HARD WORK has 0% correlation to getting a promotion.

I am enjoying learning every single thought of yours but I can’t pass the cognitive dissonance. I believe that humility is valuable but it is not incompatible with Self-promotion. If you feel and think otherwise then you suffer cognitive dissonance that consequencesly hinders growth. You already have mentioned the secret behind that; utilise the particular combination you have to help the audience. It is not greedy, pushy or salesy anymore. 🌹 “consequencesly” ! Is it a word or I just invented it? 😂. Let’s say ‏sequentially. I highly appreciate your spectacular efforts to educate the audience, especially me. 😊 Big fan from Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 ❤.

Turning 200 to 2000 is a 10x growth. This requires 10x-ing the quality and quantity of actions you're taking (output), 10x-ing your mindset, beliefs, and who you become (input), 10x-ing the quality of your strategies
