Wow!! Listening for the second time. This is profound. I’ve been allowing thoughts live rent free In my mind that aren’t mine that need to be evicted! ❤

Dr. Cloud, this really hit home today, as I have struggled with this all of my life. I have found methods to keep it at bay, but I have been given an opportunity to lead at a higher level. Once again, the wayward thinking has reared its head. Thank God for your wisdom! Happy New Year!

Thank you; is it helpful? Just because you are thinking it is it true? Is it producing what I want? I am 77 and saying to myself I have a right to live joyfully; it is never too late!🙏

Where did these negative thoughts come from, "Well, probably not you!" That helped me.

Really enjoyed that great video, the only thing is the mind is a powerful thing and given our ‘automatic thinking patterns’ we may not be aware of you are being dragged down a rabbit hole, till sometime later! It’s very sneaky that way

How do you get over the fear of going to the doctors or traveling by car cause your afraid something bad might happen or you might have a panic attack when driving to your destination??
@dbishton2472 ай бұрын
This is just my experience, but when you are brave enough to get out of your house & have positive experiences, it will reinforce the expectation that you will have more positive experiences & be rewarded. Then, even if there is the odd, rare negative experience, it won’t shatter your stability. Building good habits & memories is key. It will make you more resilient. I hope this makes good sense. Happy travels to you!😊🙏

Memorize a couple of scriptures on overcoming fear For God has not given me a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Submit yourself therefore to God resist the devil and he will flee from you. Confess that I am not afraid this is going to go fine I'm going to believe God for a solution I can do this Philippians 4:13 I can arrive at my destination safely. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me

So your missed drive that ended up near the pond was the good shepherd's leading to "still waters"....and because there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus, my missteps and misspoken words can lead me into a faceto face with Jesus for forgiveness and forgiving... Thankyou for the "skinhorse" reality check of love.

Praying for you right now. God this person needs your help. They need solutions and true friends. Whatever they need please help them with that. Give them hope and the wisdom to know if there is some way they can help themselves improve their situation. If they don't know you, help them find you. Bless them Lord I pray.🌟

My husband of almost 2 yrs recently introduced me to a couple by his ex wife's name. He caught himself quickly before her full name was spoken. He said he doesn't know why that happened. He didn't even think about her. It just came out. He apologized. He said he couldn't control what came out. His ex wife waa abusive and unfaithful. Is it possible it happened because of unresolved trauma?
