Team baby's breath! Many of the other flowers are the same size, so the baby's breath adds a new dimension of smaller flowers which ties everything together. Beautiful work!

They are gorgeous flower arrangements, Serena. You are very talented. Each and every flower looks like it has purpose in the bouquets. All your choices are balanced in colour. The baby's breath looks so pretty in your arrangements. The Baby's Breath perhaps would have looked more ethereal and airy if you had placed the stems higher up the arrangements, either at the top and/or sides of the bouquets, however they still look beautiful at the bottom. It cheered me up just looking at your flowers, and it is summer down here in Australia. I also love all the snow in your garden.

A little offtopic question, but will you do a recap / how did the farm do last year video? Or was there one and I missed it? 🤔 Greetings, Judit 🤗
@ChrisieCouncil11 ай бұрын
Those are nice, but for a website of dried flowers, I would also offer wrapped bunches of the same dried flowers. With all the flowers you have…it would be Quicker and easier! Especially since they won’t stay nice forever. Laura at garden answer created a dried flower wreath out of fresh easy to dry flowers…(“harvesting flowers for a dried wreath”)and I have seen them for sale online at Williams and Sonoma for over $100 usd. If you took your old arrangements and made wreaths from them. You could hang them in your sales shed, and if they don’t sell, they would just become dried wreaths.

I cut my straflowers a bit earlier. I don´t want them to show the inner side but look as if the almost aben up. Like roses.
@asteria427910 ай бұрын
I can see the roadside sign now: LONG LASTING, EASY CARE, ROMANTIC VALENTINES BOUQUETS! If you sell them next year (and you could - no harm in making 15. If they dont sell theyre ready for the first market), please put a little note with each one on how to care for them. I have a totally different take on dried flowers after watching you - out of the sun, compost after a couple months (replace with the first fresh bouquet!), what vase to choose etc.

I would rather be given those for Valentine's Day, and have them sat in my house for goodness knows how long, rather than the sad generic red Roses that generally never open, droop, and go in the recycling bin after a week of disappointing the eye and pocket.
@uteberg478111 ай бұрын
Not to mention that those roses take all the poison with them into the bin (and the maybe resulting compost), that was sprayed on to them while they were growing.

What I would really like is a potted plant 😂 but I'm really into gardening so...
@thenodiggardener11 ай бұрын
@@thishtns I do not have a great track record with potted plants. I've just managed to kill another one. If they're not started with the intent to go outside, their days are numbered in the house. It's shear neglect on my part. I'm a bad house plant Mum!
