I LOVE your videis. You convinced me to buy the Mars Hydro lamp. Do you still use it, and are getting great use out of it. I wish I would have seen this video before ordering two soil blockers. The Swifblocker 200 costs $345. That is a MASSIVE RIPOFF!!! Look up People, there are KZbin videos on how to make your own soil blocker. The concept of the Swiftblocker is very easy to replicate. You can even have a custom one made minus the steep price I'm on it!!!!!!

Do you have any videos on maintenance early in the season. I feel like there are lots of how to start and how to harvest tutorials, but not a lot of month to month maintenance. what do you do along the way to promote the maximum amount of growth. I am assuming keep cutting blooms?

Do you pull the tubers in autumn, like the ranunculus? I don't think dahlias would stay good over winter. How are the flowers coming? Obviously a lot of green right now.

I should not have read the comments before going to bed last night, it ruined my sleep and this is not even my KZbin channel! Some of the comments were rude, entitled and nosey. A decent human would never walk up to their neighbour, friend or co-worker and bluntly say "hey, I know something is going on - you need to tell me everything". A decent human would walk up to that person and let them know that if they needed someone to talk to - then they are there for them when the time is right. For all of the commenters trying to get into their personal lives, I suggest walking away from your keyboard and joining the Women's League in your area - it can be an excellent place to talk smack about people and spread gossip.

This. Seeing this suspicion and speculation proves to me that people are freaking entitled and rude, and gives us another reason what to teach our kids NOT to do. It's disrespectful. People feel like they are owed something, which to me is absolutely bizarre. Let people have their lives. Just because people YT doesn't mean they owe you certain aspects of their life or that they have to continue 24/7 like they used to.

I lived in southeast Idaho, zone 5ish. I bought dahlias from Costco in April or early may, wanting to plant as soon as the ground was warm enough. They stayed in the garage for two months. I finally got them in the ground around late June, maybe July, and they were gorgeous by the end of August into October. It was fabulous!

I’ve been watching for years since the farm opened and enjoy your unboxing content. However, I like your channel for the story telling…planting crops, watching them grow, harvesting and then seeing if it pays off. The story has been missing this year. I don’t need snips timed to the music, aerial shots of the farm or flower montages. I just want to see things planted, updates on growing and know how things are going. Feel free to keep it simple and quick.

I’m shocked at how upset I’ve been about Ian and Serina. I haven’t said anything till now to give them time. Please don’t tell me that it isn’t my business. These were two people that were part of my life. I watched their videos, became a member to support them, and participated in Members Lives. I followed them on Instagram and messaged them. They invited me into their farm and life. I didn’t sneak in the back door to snoop. Like a kid, I ask myself, “Is it our fault they are getting divorced?” Ian kept saying he wanted work/life balance, is that what happened? Do you remember, way back, they spoke about a couple with a farm that got divorced? Do you remember the video where he goes to the farmers market when she is sick? When he spoke of his respect for her. Was that all fake? Was I stupid to feel I was really getting to see their life and business? I understand they need the income from the videos and I’m watching to support them, but it is so unsettling.

The farm wasn't actually making any profit from what they were telling us. They were living off youtube videos, and with fewer videos this year that income is going to take a hit.

Did they only say to Members that they are getting divorced or where do you have this information from? I find it disappointing that all of a sudden they left us without the usual content, which we used to get over the years. The information about how the farm was doing last year and how is the 5 year plan going were just due around end of last year, all missing. 😢
