Drift Car Update / W201 M104 2.8

Hello, long time but here is an update on the w201 drift car. We got the engine in, made quick engine mounts. A quick test drive showed the next problem we are having, but don't you worry, parts on the way!

Awesome build man, I'm going through the same build right now with my 190E 2.6 with an m104 2.8. I need help with the base map can you share along yours if possible please ?

I bought my m104 of a w124 2.8 And had no clearance issues fit like a glove i think you could try those My shell is a 2.0 m102

Yes, m103 and m104 w124s have the correct engine mounts to fit in w201. Problem is I couldn't find anywhere in UK. I will make new ones anyway that can move the engine as close to the firewall as possible.

​@@driftinrust i can check the part number on my engine mount if you need it Would be easier then fabricate new ones

@@afonsoleal2901 the new ones I'm making will push the engine back further than a stock mount. So I can have space for intercooler at the front. 😁
