1. Prepare a solid surface with 1/4" styrofoam.
2. Scratch surface with spearhead drill bit.
3. Add glass cleaner to keep the glass cool.
4. Rotate the drill clockwise in a circular motion.

I always used a diamond bit in a small tub of water using a board on the bottom of the tub. Good to know i can try this method too.

Question. Why didn't you drill the holes before the fusing, what is latex tubing and where to find it.

You can get the latex tubing at hardware store. Holes make the glass more fragile + we want the hole to be a certain size.

Can you suggest a good bit brand I’ve spent tons of money on bits that only give me 4 holes max!

Another great video! Can I string a wire or fish line through a drilled hole to hang a small piece or would that cause the glass to eventually crack?

Using a latex tubing the same diameter as the hole.trim to fit. Attach your fastener through that. Fishing line eventually rots, so we would avoid that.
