Fatty liver disease, also known as steatosis, occurs due to the buildup of fats in the largest internal organ. Generally, the presence of fats in the liver is regarded as normal, but once the fat composition reaches approx 5 to 10 percent of the liver, then it is considered as harmful fat. I recommend Dr Vikram chauhan if you have the same problem.

Yes it’s the solanine which is a toxic alkaloid, but they claim it’s mostly found in the stems and leaves of the tomatoes supposedly it helps ward of animals! No matter what we eat ! There is good and bad 🙄 it stinks, never know what to believe ! Now I go by how the foods make me feel ❤
