i eat grain but in very small amount..i think oatmeal is alot of carbs..its better to replace it with chia seeds, protein bread that has fibers mixed in with nuts and seeds. But without wheat. Brocoli, kale, eggs, olive oil are all very good for liver..add supplements too like silymarin, garlic, morniga, and probiotics/kefir. Drink green juice that contains lemon, celery, cucumber, beetroot, amla( gooseberry), green apple and parsley ( as 7 days plan). Go for prolonged fasting which is 72 hrs water fast to activate the power of autophagy. Also, avoid dairies, sugar, canned and plastic products. Use deodrant that has natural oils in it. Avoid chemicals by all cost. Drink dandelion tea in afternoon and 2 cups of coffee before 11 am. Do not snack between meals. Eat your snacks such as salad nuts or chia with the meals. Do not eat after 7 30 pm. Sleep early. Sleep well, Avoid stress as much as possible. Exercise 20/30 mins a day focusing more on resistance and high intensity interval training for best results.

I believe in what you say..can you share more info about water fast?
@RH-zc5dq Жыл бұрын
@jocelynrivero5647 Go for intermittent fasting first 16:8 if your body is not used to fasting..then 20: 4 then gradually the 3 days fast..for 3 day fast drink water normally and also 1 litre of water with 1 teaspoon salt preferbly pink hmilyan salt..this will restore some electrolytes ..ps: you may get temporary diarhea but thts normal..when u break your fast drink 1 cup of hot water with cinamon, apple vinger (unfiltered) to balance ph level.. for meal start with chicken/ bone broth or vegtble soup..(avoid cream sauce sugar and high fibre veg like brocoli etc) ..should be light ..then later eat egg avocado with greek yogurt as first meal..2nd meal tuna salad (lettuce)..nxt day for bf eat egg avocado n greek yogurt..2nd meal salmon or chicken with salad..third meal u can start eating normally. Do not get back to eating unhealthy..also very important point that i forgot to mention..avoid high inflammtory processed oils like canola sunflower corn etc..and replace with olive/ avocado oil..u can try black seed oil ( 1/4 tsp only) as supplmnt. it has miraclous benefits...Also, do wet cupping..twice a year ..maybe start with that..and keep 3 day fast for later. Please be aware tht prolonged fast may not be for everyone. If you are diabetic you may need to consult dr. In short, start with wet cupping, healthy diet and exercise with interm fasting, then try 3 day fast at later stage.

Let me tell you about Mike, a friend who transformed into a green tea enthusiast. Struggling with sluggishness due to a penchant for rich, fatty foods, Mike's routine check-ups indicated potential liver stress. Incorporating two to three cups of green tea daily revitalized him. His energy surged, and subsequent check-ups showed normalized liver enzymes and noticeable weight loss. The fat-absorption-reducing properties of green tea became a game-changer for Mike's liver health and weight management, showcasing the remarkable impact of this simple addition to his routine.

I’m really not so on board with the oatmeal. But one thing for sure, if you do eat oats, make 100% sure it’s organic as all non-organic oats are LOADED with weed killer! (Round-up.)
@crxracer805 Жыл бұрын
Omg are you serious? Round up? Sounds toxic.
@robertmac7833 Жыл бұрын
@@crxracer805 Yes, it’s true. Most oats EXCEPT for organic are loaded with it. * And sadly, even with the organic you’re not 100% safe, because wind drift from the pesticide crops can carry the poison across to organic fields. It’s a sad, sad, SAD state of affairs this world has come to when it comes to the ONCE SAFE, ONCE NON-POISONED food we put in our mouths just to keep alive. * Spinach is also saturated in multiple pesticides

My grandpa is 80, he did not do any fitness, but he has no body fat and no disease at all. Even when he got Covid and oxygen drop down and lost appetite, he refused to take oxgen and recovered simply by trying to take a reat and eat as much as he could swollow. His secrete is he walk to and from work 30 min morning and 30 min evening since 25 years old. When he retired, he ride bicycle to Indian tea shop (very sweet and high cholestrol drink) every morning and evening. No other diet plan nor medicine to be healthy. Only walking or bicycling 1 hours a day, doing normal house work, and sleep.enough make him healthy and good shape until his 80s yrs old.

Exercise is super important, but there are a lot of people in India or other countries where this type of lifestyle is common who do have health issues because of those high cholesterol and high sugar drinks, no matter how much exercising they do. Maybe not doing those drinks every day would be wise, and having it only as a treat in moderation. It’s also worth noting that you said he did a lot of walking in his youth and only picked up the sugary drink habit after retirement. Eating healthier in your younger years unfortunately has a huge say in health outcomes as you get older- it’s not necessarily the final say, as you can turn health around with positive changes, but it is a huge say.

I have heard from multiple doctors that if you have a fatty liver, oatmel should be avoided while trying to clear the liver of fat. I also do not know why eggs were not on this list, as eggs are plentiful and popular for breakfast, and help the body produce bromelain which helps flush the liver of fat.

Just bc you don't know him, does not change he is the truth, life and way. I used to say remarks like yours until I met him in a 666 house. I said a prayer, and he came, and his presence filled my room. It was indescribable. No words on earth to describe that encounter. But a burning desire to know who ilhe is started me on a path to ask, seek, and find out for myself who Jesus says he is.... Not at all what I thought. But if this world offers you enough b s. You will miss him. You don't want to miss knowing him bc there in lies all the power, your finite mind tells you you have. It's easy to believe we so great and large and in charge of our life, until you met him, you're pretending to be the God of yourself and probably others as well. Enjoy that rat race all you want bc no matter how much you win, you lose!

When frozen easier to measure a cup full - plus keeps for longer and saves space in freezer rather than bulking up the fridge before it all gets used up)

Burdock Tea: Benefits: Burdock root tea is known for its detoxifying properties, helping to purify the blood, support liver function, and improve skin health. It also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Preparation: Boil 1-2 cups of water. Add 1-2 teaspoons of dried burdock root to the boiling water. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Strain the tea and enjoy. Milk Thistle: Benefits: Milk thistle is renowned for its liver-protecting qualities. It contains silymarin, which helps regenerate liver cells, reduce liver inflammation, and act as an antioxidant. Usage: Milk thistle is often consumed as a supplement in capsule or tablet form. You can also find milk thistle tea. To prepare it, steep a milk thistle tea bag or 1-2 teaspoons of dried milk thistle seeds in hot water for about 10 minutes, then strain and enjoy.
