Many people have a fatty liver and don’t even know it. Today I want to help you better understand the liver and how to remove fat from the liver.
The purpose of the liver is to break down toxins into harmless particles.
A fatty liver can become heavy and enlarged. This can lead to fullness under the right rib cage and shoulder pain.
Important functions of the liver:
• It makes bile
• It helps convert thyroid hormones
• It buffers excess sex hormones
Bile is made by the liver, and it helps you break down fat. A lack of bile can lead to a lot of various health problems. Bile is also very important to keep fat out of the liver. Anything you can do to help increase bile reserves will help you remove liver fat. You may even want to take purified bile salts.
Keep in mind that the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting can help remove fat from the liver. I believe this is essential if you have a fatty liver.
A great shake to keep fat off the liver:
Ingredients (organic if possible):
• 2 cups kale (frozen)
• 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup plain whole-milk kefir (organic and grass-fed if possible)
Instructions:
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender for a couple of minutes. Drink once a day in combination with a Healthy Keto diet and intermittent fasting.

@Starstrella
@Starstrella Жыл бұрын
@@drdecorator9532 Possibly, a fermented plant-based milk. And since he mentioned "whole milk", which is the type of milk that the fat wasn't removed, maybe choose a nut milk that contains some fat. Opposite to a rice milk that would not have as much fat. The fat on the milk might be to help some type of bioprocess within the body that needs a liposoluble component to act on the fat in the liver.

This particular video caught my attention and I gave these shakes a shot for the last six months. As well as altering my diet and increasing exercise, I believe this amazing concoction works! Could you please make a video on how a disfunctional liver, even in a slim person, can lead to hormonal imbalances (tyroid, gonads, adrenals, iipofisis, pineal gland...) and also create a cascade of postural asymmetries (maybe non visible but interal for sure) on the right side of the body from neck to hip. And how this creates mental confusion, aggressivness, anger, fear, stress and cortisol to go up. Especially in women as they follow a monthly cycle and their hormone fluctuate continuously. Other doctors are “real” doctors if they have a medical degree, however, they receive very little training in nutrition so they are not well versed as our favorite doctor here. They’re trained to diagnose disease & prescribe drugs. They don’t treat the underlying condition, or cause. Dr. Berg, Dr. Hyman, Dr. Longo & other doctors understand that “food is thy medicine”, WHOLE foods, fasting, sleep, stress-reduction, sunshine, fresh air & nature is wonderful for PREVENTING disEASE in the body.

I’ve been drinking this for about 6 days straight already and I can say that it is definitely an anti inflammatory shake. All of my liver pain goes away after consuming this. Update: I no longer have a fatty liver. My test showed “NO EVIDENCE OF STEATOSIS”. I think what contributed to my healing was a combination of a strict keto diet, some OMAD here and there, intermittent fasting 18:6, only organic nutrient dense foods, losing all of my belly fat. Not that I was fat, I was 115 pounds at the time and now I’m 105. I also took bile salts, vitamin D, ate eggs every morning for the choline in them, ate cruciferous vegetables everyday, kept insulin very low, kept blood sugar low, milk thistle tea everyday, apple cider vinegar everyday day after meals or whenever I had liver pain because it was anti inflammatory, ate a lot of avocado because they protect the liver also because I just love them. Fatty fish for the omega 3s, sprinkled turmeric on my foods, lots of leafy greens. Stayed away from toxins, even lipstick and makeup, perfumes, toxic personal care products, I also drank this shake a lot. But I think the most powerful things were just doing strict keto and intermittent fasting. Very powerful those two.

Dr. Berg, thank God you are one of very few doctors who actually educate. What a blessing you are! I realize most doctors today don't have the time, but they also really don't have the time to properly care for their patients either. YOU give patients the knowledge and tools to empower and heal themselves. Thank you for what you are doing. Not all patients just want a pill, but to actually UNDERSTAND what is going on and why.

went to my NP after bone density test...first she says I have osteopenia in my hips. I said yes very mild, I read the report. then she tells me to take calcium. I say I probably won't take calcium. then she says calcium makes and builds bones. I say no it doesn't. next she says take vitamin d. I say I do. with K. then I asked her, why drs do not advise patients to take vitamin d with k? she says, bc they are only to give medical advice by the standards given 😂 😢😢😢 thank you Dr Berg

I started my journey with Dr. Berg via intermittent fasting. I wanted to do it way back 2016 so badly but cannot get a proper education to back me up. Blessed enough I found one of his videos which led me to do IF properly. It was a great journey. I never felt healthier, lighter, fitter and sharper than ever. I went from 67kg down to my normal weight which is between 50-55kg. It was awesome. I'm happily following him up until now with more education about myself especially my health issues growing up. I didn't visit doctors regularly. I just know when I am healthy or not. Thank you Doctor.

A report on this splendid magic shake!!!! After ONE drink of it, changed ever so slightly, the next day I was not tired, and moving around for hours in 100plus weather, with zero exhaustion! It had to be the drink. For almost a year now I'd progressively been getting more & more tired, sleeping too much, forcing myself to do what was required in the day. I did not know if it was from the part A jab, or a high pitch that has terrorized the neighborhood for about a year now, or what, I'd been bloated and tired, doing some healthy things to no avail. I am sold sold sold sold sold on this drink. If you ever open a health restaurant, please include imo this miracle drink!!!! I'm 68 & in one day, I'm moving around like I am 20!!!! Thank you so very very very very much!!

It was such a happy surprise, and I knew that besides the weight loss, there was something special about the ketogenic diet specifically in relation to healing my body, and sure enough, after doing some research I saw your video where you referred to it as the "Infertility Diet". I knew to refer to you with my research now regarding cleansing my liver and I'm so excited to try this shake and commit to the Keto lifestyle again. It works, I know it does. Another great video... they're all great. However, as a nutritional therapist I do have some questions about freezing the Kale for the liver cleansing shake. The reason Kale is one of my favorite foods has to do with it's density of certain nutrients, mainly vitamin K and C, but equally as important, the glucosinolates and other amazing phytonutrients. I wonder if it would be better to blend the kale raw for the shake, particularly because of the glucosinolates? It seems freezing the kale wouldn't degrade the vitamins C and K to any significant degree, but it would seem to degrade the glucosinolates, especially by way of an enzyme in the kale called myrosinase, which catalyzes the conversion of glucoraphanin into sulforaphane. I just wonder if having the frozen blueberries, with the kefir, but mix the kale in raw to preserve the potential benefits of the phytonutrients?

I began drinking Milk Kefir, since the doctor recommended probiotics from food, not supplements. So, i got the grains and started fermenting my own, and have enjoyed it. But, now that I have just restarted Keto, i wasn’t sure whether to continue with the Kefir, since no one can say how much sugar it has after fermentation. Thanks to you, now I can continue enjoying it everyday, and reduce the fat in my liver at the same time…I love that!! Thanks again😘
