@@troberts1 of course friend! :D my favorite preparado flavors for it are mango, pineapple and tamarindo. Always go for the expendio's homemade ones, the shelf store ones are pretty much trash in comparison with the natural fruit juice. It has to have enough ice on it too (temperature can reach up to 42°C, so I either drink my miche in 3 minutes or sip warm beer, Germans please don't judge me! Of course, if it's not that hot, you can skip the ice cubes). At the border of the glass there must be chili powder (I like the one without sugar, like Tajín, but if you like sweets go for Miguelito and it's different flavors!) and chamoy, and the straw must be the tamarindo candy one. OH. My mom likes to squeeze a lil bit of lemon juice on it (like in a chela) and I love when they add the spicy gummies inside, so I can snack those too. There must be a balance between the spicy, sweet, sour and bitter taste. My tip is to not mix your michelada too much and drink from the top of the glass, so you can enjoy the combination but leave some preparado at the bottom and later add more beer so you can keep enjoying it for a lil longer! Combine these with any spicy botana you have (like potato chips or japanese peanuts) and tarán! You got yourself a new way to enjoy beer :D
@conniest.germain2603 ай бұрын
@@troberts1Mexico is big on beer! My family would make michelada’s using: 3 drops of Worcestershire, one fresh lime, 2/3 cucumber slices, 4 oz Clamato juice, 4 drops of hot sauce (usually Tabasco), your choice of beer, and a sprinkle of Tajin! If you want it more salty you can add soy spice, if you want it more savory add Maggi sauce, if you like a citrusy spicy taste try Valentina hot sauce. Other people add black pepper and celery seed but I grew up with the one above. Hope this helps! Also you can rim it with chamoy and then tajin 10/10

@AtheistDD3 ай бұрын
@@titanqueen7217 no beer freezes easily
@Ynno23 ай бұрын
The freezing point of ethanol is -114 °C, a standard household freezer is only about -18 °C. The ethanol in the beer absolutely will not freeze. The beer *will* freeze, but that's because it's mostly water. The ethanol will separate from the solid ice, which may not be noticeable visually since it's only about 4% or 5% of the volume. The only way you will get fully frozen solid beer with no liquid component in a standard freezer is if you have removed all alcohol from it (e.g. by pouring off the ethanol after freezing the beer).
@the_retag3 ай бұрын
Bit will it separate? Doesn't it just lower the freezing point but still freeze homogeneously? Like anti freeze in the car, which afaik ia an alcohol, or salt water@@Ynno2
@Ynno23 ай бұрын
@@the_retagYes, it will separate, it's called "fractional freezing". Some high-alcohol drinks are made that way as an alternative to distillation, e.g. Applejack is made by freezing cider (fermented apple juice) to separate the ethanol from the water. There is a point at which you can completely freeze a solution of ethanol and water, which would be when sufficient water ice has precipitated out to reach the water-ethanol eutectic point at 93% ABV, but it's not possible to achieve that at a normal freezer temperature. At -18 exactly what you'd achieve depends on the conditions. Under the right conditions you can get pockets of higher-concentration liquid encapsulated within solid ice - that's really no different from forming a "bowl" of ice and pouring some cold liquor into it then putting another cap of ice on top.

For banana juice mix 2-3 ripe bananas with 400ml water, 2 table spoons of lemon juice and a pinch of salt in a blender. Optional add honey, or other sweetener.. So yeah.. Banana juice tastes like real bananas.. Just take a "Hefeweizen" add some banana juice for taste. If you want more alcohol you can also add a shot of banana liqueur. Your Bananenweizen is finished.

Banana juice is made out of the bananas fruit itself. I think it is bananas mixed with water and some lime juice. In Germany it's a normal juice, like orange juice and so on. Mostly used for cocktails. Never really thought about how it is made, as it is a normal supermarket product here.

As a Latino, the strangest part is the "banana juice". is it like a smoothie but watery? Haha

It’s being put in wheat-yeast beer or „Hefe Weizen“ which has a different taste than regular clear beers in general. It’s adding onto the slightly banana-ish taste of the beer and can be really refreshing
