Thank you so much for explaining so calmly and in such a concised way. Your work helps. The details you choose to cover and the way you present and speak is THE BEST. For me, this is the best book summary channel.

In Daniel Pink's reference, it is explicitly elaborated that "carrot and Sticks" incentive work very well for "mechanical skills tasks", but as far there is requirements for "rudimentary cognitive skills", the "carrot and stick" incentives do not work as expected and/or foreseen. I think that this elaboration is important and should not have been omitted in this video as in this case, the provide information is not correct.

Great review! Thanks for relating the summary to a real life example (your teacher friend). It makes the material that much easier to understand and allows for a common thread throughout the video.

Drive by Daniel pink For our teams to be more engaged on heart problems create a sense of autonomy, autonomy is when you get to choose and you have the freedom this boosts your creativity and gets members of the group to find creative solutions. Mastery find the level of each member of your group and assign some thing that’s not too hard and not too easy for them cause too hard will overwhelm them while too easy will get them bored just above their skill level a little bit easy in a little bit of hard stuff Will keep members of the group engaged. Finally always remind the members off your purpose or mission this gives them a sense of meaning to what they’re doing then they won’t question why they’re doing this or if anyone is actually benefiting from this. I wish you all reach your goals .May you all have a great day

The real miracle is that Green Cargo stayed in business without being profitable for 125 years... I'm guessing that's an inaccurate summary of their business history that captures the impact of the change, but it made me chuckle all the same.
