In most cases, my feminine energy only comes out if I am around a man who I respect as a healthy masculine. If he is not masculine, its almost as if I become more masculine to make up for his lack. Interesting 1 Year Update: I have noticed since I made this post a year ago that having been more connected to my feminine energy, I actually stopped putting the masculine energy out as much, now it comes out when boundaries need to be set but otherwise, I am connected to my feminine at all times.

@Eva Green Lover Trust me, you keep being Feminine. Count it all glory for being ridiculed for dressing right. The only reason they are ridiculing you is because you covered yourself and the want to see you and trust me, those are not the kind of boys you want looking at you any way because they don't really care about you or respect you, it's just the lust that they have and you shut that out. That is a good thing, dress right (skirts and dresses only), act feminine and a lot of the right men will look at you.

@Eva Green Lover I understand. I'm sorry if the comment I posted was too blunt. If you come to the states your chances may be slightly higher but there are also spineless and shallow men here as well. However, there are a lot of man here that also want to find a traditional woman like you. In fact, A lot of American men go to other countries, like Japan, to hopefully find a wife, I guess that's one of the reasons young men like to travel. Good luck, I hope you find a man who will love and cherish you (and stay faithful).

My partner is soft, warm, funny, feminine and intelligent... these factors combined, blow my mind. I was instantly drawn to her warmth and openness and this in turn, naturally opened me up. Normally I find feelings difficult to talk about, but she changed that instantly, effortlessly and I love the release of sharing my feelings and thoughts with her. She has an amazing positive energy, it's such an amazing quality. We are both positive people, we have lots in common. I suppose I'm an alpha male type, yet she just makes me feel even more of a man, if that's possible. I've never experienced this until I met her.

This is so true. I was such a little Tom-boy for so long and the boys I had crushes on didn’t like me back, but once I felt out and tapped into my feminine side, I couldn’t keep boys away from me. The key word is, BALANCE! Have qualities of both. Be a balanced person. Not leaning too hard one way or the other. Audrey Hepburn kind of had that chic tom-boy energy I’m talking about. Its easier for me to behave in a femenine energy with men than with women because the masculine energy of these women triggers my masculine energy too. So, as you say, I take a deep breath when im with masculine women and slow down to focus only on what my body feels. This has helped me a lot even in negotiations with agressive women, and I have noticed that my femenine energy left them feeling calm but also kind of confused or intrigued, like "wtf has just happened". Sad that everybody behaves all the time in masculine energy.

4:25 Be in body- Practice and find what you feel Breathe Drop into your body. Go inward and own your emotions. What do you really feel? You don't have to do anything to make him feel wild about you. Men love a warm soft feminine energy woman because they don't feel challenged He may have an alpha in his life/ higher archery. He may have to take orders all day. He is having to tone down his masculine energy. So when he comes home to you he doesn't wanna talk about business or work. He wants soft warm energy. This is what he's craving all day. It makes him feel like a man. Become the woman that helps him balance his energies. Once you balance and get into your Feminine energy the man will heal through you. Men finds relaxed around a feminine woman. Gives us masculine attention we want for us to receive. Practice your Feminine energy daily. Learn to be soft and warm When a man feels good around you that's when he will not get enough of you.

@amin_ rahman When I see high divorce rates, I celebrate that women have agency to leave abusive situations (And sure, it can go both ways, but let's not ignore what is most common). We don't live in a society where a father bids his 9-year old daughter off to marry someone to "take care of her" - that's a good thing. Women are not property - they can leave a marriage. In more balanced gender dynamics, two consenting people can have something go really wrong, and if they can't resolve it themselves, people are allowed to leave the situation, and make new lives for themselves. In past times, you could never leave, or you would be killed by your religious community! And you know what? That still happens in a lot of places around the world, unfortunately. The length of a relationship is NOT necessarily an indicator of "success." Lots of people waste years of life in unhappy marriages. I wish that more people were equipped with relationship wisdom, effective communication, and problem solving skills, to mitigate the likelihood of divorce, however, I respect people's freedom to leave relationships that no longer work for them.

Fully agree! I understand where she is coming from in terms of upbringing or the world making us tough.. some women go through abuse, physical, emotional etc from people close to them as well as strangers inflicting pain. The soft, warm, feminine energy is seen as weakness and some men take full advantage and will do harm. I think it's important to realize you can be strong and stand up for yourself (never be afraid to) and when the situation permits and the man has shown he has your trust (this can be an instinctual feeling), reward him with soft feminine demeanor.

Narcissists target those of us who have higher levels of empathy. Many people exploit my goodness and they take my femininity as weakness. Everything was so on point! I remember me and my friend met a guy at a bar and he had a party he invited us to, he stayed in a beautiful penthouse and she couldn’t stop talking so much. She was a little tipsy but she kept hounding him with questions about work because she wanted to know how he could afford the place and he said “no more alcohol for you, and I’m off work the last thing I want to do is talk about work” at the end of the night she asked for his number and he said no and asked for mine. I know alcohol makes people very chatty and annoying sometimes but it was really awkward she was trying to hard to keep the conversation going but when you try to hard you might say something you didn’t mean to! Sit back and let him impress you! He wants to!

I'm not always in my feminine energy it kind of fluctuates because of hormones, my mood etc. ... Another thing I want to share, if a man is not in his masculine, he will seek that from you... for instance I was with a guy who didn't have a job and wasn't really dealing with the masculine world because of deep issues, and he would not appreciate me being in my feminine, he always wanted to discuss heavy matters with me (What could be roughly defined as "business") and kind of force me into my masculine side.

This short 13 minute video was full of brilliant nuggets omg !!!! I had to tap into my "survival" masculine energy as a 15 year old teen girl, and now at age 49, I just learned to find my feminine energy in the past 6 years after my divorce. I've followed you and Rory and Helena and binge watched all of your stuff for years. Everything you say is TRUE !!!! NO joke, men come out of the woodwork every where, all the time now lol ! It's amazing !!!! I receive all of the arrows with gratitude and smile as big as I can at all of them and more men keep showing up lol. I operate with ABUNDANT LOVE for myself and all men, and I know how to lean back with my feminine while interacting with men.... and it has made the world of difference in the kind of men I attract and sustain relationships with. As you said some men pass us by for whatever reason but it's all good, I send energetic love to them too! Most of the time though, men come back! They have a hard time staying away from the soft warm energy! It's fascinating and amazing!!!! Thank you Adrienne !!!!

I think the best situation is to embrace and embody your feminine energy, but be lucky enough to find a man who supports your masculine drive and motivations. I was in the military, and one of my co-workers who was also a good friend was a bit too honest and said he thought women are naturally unable to handle military life and shouldn't serve.. I couldn't ever be with someone like that romantically.

I like to have a balance of energy in our relationship ie sometimes i'll lead and have the masculine energy and other times he will lead and have the masculine energy and at all times balance each other out . I don't think a truly masculine man is scared of being challenged , they know who they are and they know having someone equally as powerful beside would not dim them instead they would shine brighter together . A masculine man won't need me to be feminine to make him feel masculine, he will feel masculine irrespective of who is around , masculinity should come from within not from a wife

It's something many of us struggle with, how to harness our powerful feminine energy and push away masculine energy when it eclipses our feminine. I have a program called FEMM Tools that goes much deeper into this: www.everheartcoaching.com/femmtools XOXO!

Just your talking about being soft and warm is driving me, a man, wild! Yes, men these days need to revisit what it means to be truly masculine (secure in themselves, unafraid of women) if they want to enjoy the feminine side of women which is rare these days but is intoxicating! I'm seeing this happen for me more and more as I do the work on myself.

There is so much that she is saying that I agree with. Especially being the warm safe place a man can escape to...But as a female truck driver who is surrounded by men day in and day out, I have to say that it really depends on the type of man he is. You’d be surprised how many guys out there, dig a strong masculine female. I myself lean more towards the feminine side but definitely know when to turn it on and off 👸🏼💪🏻

Hugs to you! 💕 There can only be one masculine energy in a relationship. If you are more masculine, you will attract a more feminine man. A true masculine man will be very attracted to soft feminine energy. I am a masculine energy woman myself, but I know when it is needed to get things done & when to be warm & feminine. It takes practice! FEMM Tools is the best place to start bit.ly/femmtools

Hi Adrienne! I am introducing him to me tomorrow evening! He asked me what kind of flower my mom likes! He has been so supportive for my finals (Quizzes me and proofreads my papers)! thank you so much for all of the tips and skills you have thought me. He is a masculine man and I always wanted this type of man and I believe I am very feminine (specifically using the skills I learn from you). I am just anxious because I do not want to feel attached to him and have my hopes high! I sometimes feel insecure. Thank you, 🌻🥰

I feel soft and warm relaxing into my feminine flow. Online dating after being widowed 2 years ago; coming from a good 42 year marriage to a very masculine man. . Taking on all of the responsibility of home/care/finances/family has unbalanced my vibe to the masculine.. I get it. I’ve been treating these dates like client meet and greet: Only the strong survive. LOL! Tears of gratitude for your wisdom. Thank you from my soft warm heart. E
