03:10 Again this woman speaks truth! Men (decent, level headed men anyway) aren't impressed by the "cheerleader"... just enamored a bit because she's cute and eager to please us but that fades pretty fast. Intellectual, in touch, mature men want a companion who is feminine (and proud of it) and also self aware that she is an autonomous, independent being with goals, dreams, desires that are unique and personal to her. And she isn't afraid to put her foot down when she feels she should put her foot down. Women: Express your independent goals and dreams. Enjoy yourself. Flourish. When we see you flourishing, we take notice, trust me.

I have been playing you nonstop!! You’re so therapeutic!! I have literally been obsessing over this guy for YEARS. We work together and he married someone else! Your videos about how to get him back made me realize that he never did anything for me other than give me attention after a horrible divorce. I realized that I want more out of a man. I’ve heard it before but you tell it in a way that is so resonating. I’m tearing up because I had been suffering for years. You’ve seriously changed my life!

Makes sense. I always wondered why men always gravitate towards women that don’t have their shit together. It’s because they NEED them. It’s a man feeling like a man.

I agree. When I fell on hard times I met a lot of masculine men. I was vulnerable, humble, and I was honest with them about my situation. I am no longer going through that rough patch but I still try not to lead with my accomplishments. I think my energy still says I DONT NEED YOU. I dont know how to change that though

@@rickimcfarland2269 - happy to hear about your situation because at the end of the day it’s about your happiness and a man will never change that. Doesn’t matter if you have a “Knight in shining armor” if you don’t like the guy in the armor lol. I’m not sure how to balance being a badass boss bitch and have feminine energy and make a man feel needed in his role either? Because I don’t need him, honestly. It would be nice to have him there, but not needed.

I have been following your videos for about 4 months now. At first I thought it was a bunch of hooey, but then I started wondering if maybe. Just maybe you had s point. Then I started really listening to you. Even going back and reviewing your videos. Then I tried a few of your tips. GUESS WHAT, RESULTS! Well I'll be damned! Then I really started practicing finding and staying in my feminine energy with my man. Jeeze Louise, that boy is on fire now. He is a musician and has been chased by women for many years, so he was used to that. But he LOVES that I DON'T chase him and is loving the chase! Frankly, so am I. It is changing how we relate to each other, in a positive way. I am so sold on this. The more I am able to slip into my feminine energy and lean back, the more he leans forward. He keeps saying over and over, you're different. (In a good way) Maybe not before, but I am now. Thank you so much! A true believer.

Always so forever thankful to you. Ladies this stuff works. I swear, I have been telling all my girlfriends, even the married ones. Get the book 500 ways to speak with a man, comes with 2 long videos. I want everyone to find love. And it’s about time we also take responsibilities as women to ask “how can I improve, what can I do better?” I have noticed all my mistakes in my past relationships and I have worked on them and I have instantly seen results. God is good, when you do the work, He brings you what you want. I am so thankful. I will continue to watch and learn. It’s a journey not a destination but I am truly lucky with where I am in my journey. This has changed my life and I CANNOT say it enough. I hope if you read this and you are on the fence, I hope you dig deep in her teachings. I feel so free being in my feminine energy. This is who I was born to be, no one else. Thank you darling, you are changing lives. I’ll end it here 😅🥰. Good luck everyone 😌

Rana I simply followed her teachings and I often look up feminine energy on KZbin for other teachers that teach same methods. I have to say, she is one of the best. Helena heart is good too. Some people it comes easier, like I know it’s easy for me now because I’ve been doing the work and I run my own company so I have to always step out of that energy when I get off work. But I have girlfriends that it hasn’t been so easy for them to stay on the feminine energy because they are all successful women too :). Watch as many videos and just practice, you will get there. You will attract men like magnet lol and soon find your soulmate and not run them away with the masculine energy as many women do. Anyways, hope this helps. Good luck darling:).

Hi Adrienne, such a great video! I am in a relationship with someone about a decade younger. I did your GHB program, but decided in the end not to reach out (hail mary) to my ex. Instead, I attracted this younger man into my life, at a time when I wasn't even looking. The thing is that he has moved to be closer to me (which is amazing), but it will take him some time to establish himself here. When he talks about his struggles, I have tried to be feminine and say "I trust that you will figure it out." But the other day, he told me that he feels like I don't care when I say that. He was hurt and almost cancelled plans to see me. Though, we ended up having an amazing couple dates, where he treated me to many things, and in many ways. So, I wonder how else I can support him without leaning in. The other day, he even asked if I could help him with his diet. I definitely don't want to be a mother figure to him. I know that I will lose attraction if that happens. Thanks for any help and all you do for your viewers!

Continue taking care of your appearance and your health , be kind, warm ,and lively in your behavior, and you will find a good man 🙏🏻. If by chance you go to church or clubs for hobbies like gardening, that might be a decent place to meet someone. Never waste time on older men that mention they want girls in their 20s . Not only is that borderline gross ! but it shows that the man is shallow and not serious about finding a mentally mature, good quality woman. im in my 20s and know for sure others my age can't offer what men decades older need past a superficial stage.

I’m so happy you found my channel and you’re using feminine energy to help bring you and your partner closer. Keep in mind feminine energy is not about manipulation. However, as long as you keep authentically being yourself and speaking from your heart and your body and not manipulating the man or trying to get him to do or say a certain thing in most cases the man will naturally fall in love with you. I encourage you look more into Femm tools to help understand more deeply the process bit.ly/femmtools

Thank you for the wonderful information. I wish I had these kind of resources when I was dating as a teenager. I am dating again after my husband passed away and I am using so much of your information. I want to ask you, I am getting to physical to quickly in relationships. How can I stop repeating this behavior and apply boundaries.

I'm so happy you are here! One of the best things you can do is invest in one of my programs as in the VIP Library I have a VERY popular book on Sex & Boundaries, "Sex, Sex?Sex!" I recommend the FEMM dating program for you. bit.ly/femmtoolsThere are no 'rules' for sex in my opinion but more what you feel and what's driving that feeling. Sex is best when it's mostly for your pleasure and not to make more happen with the relationship. That part evolves slowly.

My ex had major anger issues. No control. He would explode if he dropped an onion on the floor. Raise his voice & bitch for several minutes. This happened daily. It caused me to have major stress issues. I worried that if lost it over something insignificant what would he do if there was a legitimate reason to react w anger. I always felt he was a heart attack waiting to happen.

Hi Adrienne, my man use abusive words when he gets angry. I told him that I cannot tolerate such words and really hurted me. And I set my boundaries there which is he shouldn't disrespect me and my family. Then he said okay. Am I in my masculine energy in terms of changing my man to behave in a certain way?
@AdrienneEverheart
@AdrienneEverheart 4 жыл бұрын
Gayu Madhu you did perfect. Boundaries are neither masculine nor feminine. Shift it from “shouldn’t disrespect my family” to calmly say “I feel so scared being spoken to this way, I’m leaving the room/house now and if you want to speak later, calmly I’ll be a subtle.” Then walk away! Very important to leave him holding the “bag” and you REMOVE yourself from the abusive language. Get “500 Ways” to learn more. bit.ly/500waysbook

I love all this advice. I watched many videos and u say that we should say how we “feel. I feel .... this feels.... “. I just wonder how weird it would be to say I feel like blah this. Or I feel like blah that. And how many times are we using the word “feel”. Like every single sentence u say we should say is “I feel”. Doesn’t that get on his nerves to keep hearing the word feel?

Cars, airplanes, trains, boats ...are nice beautiful pieces of technology.. why wouldnt a smart intelligent woman like to know about these wonders of engineering that make our life faster and easier? To me, a man that can handle a machine like that, or that can design it is a very sexy man.. because that means he is intelligent and creative.. and if he is just an user of the machine, at least he is showing appreciation for the work of the designer.. I like that.. even if I dont understand a bit of the functioning of the machine.
