I missed a weekend, drove up to Utah for an 80th birthday party, but go to work last week and made some progress with the box plating in the front and added crossmember at the steering box to brace it.

I think you've convinced me to try doing some similar work while I have the front of my truck apart to drop the LS in. I was thinking about trying to dove the nose at the same time, but now I think I'll try and do some boxing as well.

finaminal amount of work and thought you put into Our square body💘 is inspirational. What other chassis modes are you planning and how will all this effect /stop probs, like cracking elsewhere inflame, body because some parts were designed to fix.

Thanks! Not sure yet, as this truck is just sitting around in my garage. Currently the plan is to make it a driver and occasional get to the fishing hole rig, but other projects are ahead of it now.

Nice work man. Have you thought about using an aftermarket engine crossmember? i believe Pacific Fab sells an LS specific crossmember for the squares that looks pretty nice

+truedeadman Thanks! The stock worked fine for my LS swap with the advanced adapers plates. I had thought about making one but I think the stocker will hold up fine.
