I always loved the demo in Miami set in rain, since you couldn’t get that weather in free roam. Felt magical in some way. The reflections looked amazing too.

I remember thinking reflections were so fancy in that era as well. These two games may have not aged super well, but they are such an important foundation for what grand theft auto and other open world games would pursue in the next generation.
