1:14:18 - 1:14:58 in video duration... They arrested these guys but failed to pickup the evidence in the plastic bag??? What ever happened with that? The arresting Officer had knowledge and knew that this person had something on his had before dropping it to the ground, but never mentioned it to the other Cops but instead he was more concerned with the other suspect getting detained so he pointed in that direction like go help them out to arrest the other guy. Notice 1:26:47 - 1:27:34 (The Arresting Officer sees the suspect and points his gun at him the gangbanger instantly puts his hand up and drops the bag simultaneously and makes the arrest, he then gets the guy up as he starts walking towards his patrol vehicle he turns around and commands the other Officers to assist by pointing in the direction of the other thug... but fails to collect the evidence in the bag; that previously another gang-member had given to these fugitives while the Police persuit was active - Then all the other Officers thought this plastic bag was merrily trash). I give him the benefit of the doubt though because he was preoccupied with other things and the other Arroaching Officer who had pulled up didn't witness the items on the suspects hand, before he dropped them.
