@@Darkrider8893 Basic rights lol. The "innocent until proven guilty" line is BS. Its on par with "the customers always right". Rights are a privilege that can be taken away due to a person's actions. The video clearly shows him gunning his car at the man, running him over and escaping. The man could have, and should have been held in jail until his hearing. It's just individuals who don't want to deal with the headache and giving bail.

I blame the voters, we elect these DAs and judges that let them back on the street. In my county Soros donated $600,000 to the soft on crime DA candidate who managed to get his face everywhere while the other candidates didn't have such pull. People voted for the guy they heard of, not taking a second to research him and then they wonder how come robbers and murderers are let out before the cops even finish their damn paperwork.

Also, the police couldn't get that guy with a damaged car who clearly stays in the same locality? and the only reason he got caught was because he was stupid enough to come back to the same bar whole parking lot he ran people over??!!!!!!!! Anyways, the man is unlucky enough to be in that place at that time to be mauled by that guy, but lucky enough to not get seriously injured (atleast not as much as one would expect) or even be killed after being run over by a freaking SUV !!!

God was definitely taking care of these people. Those people have not fully fulfilled their purpose in life. And God must have wanted to wake up (have his eyes open to the truth) the man that got ran over. God sometimes has to let people go through hard times to understand things. Now God doesn’t make bad things our own sin causes our own problems and will hurt others who didn’t deserve it. But again our sin causes us our own problems

Ok Ryan, sorry you are "unsettled", but most folks don't step in front of a truck that has already rammed two vehicles, and it is obvious that the driver isn't functioning normally. You are responsible for yourself first, then worry about what other people are doing.

So people like you think the drunk dude was justified because of this ignorant logic?

That is "attempted Manslaughter". I can't imagine the "hit & run" driver would be allowed to be free on bond. Any idea who the judge was that let him out?

Is there such a thing as “attempted manslaughter” in the US? In the UK manslaughter is when you unintentionally kill someone. So how can you attempt to unintentionally kill someone? 🤷‍♂️

Not necessarily the judge. Depends on what the DA actually charged him with.

These are the types of Judges, District Attorneys, Lawyers, and Law Enforcement Personnel that Needs To Be Removed With Licenses Revoked and Never Allowed To Work In These Careers Ever Again. They should be held accountable.

Really? That dude was already gunning on the gas and he ran towards it not away from it like he lied and said in the interview. Don't misunderstand me, I have no sympathy for dumb people and there's two here. Play it back in slow motion. And they both keep going back to get drunk. They need to do the 12 Step

This wouldn't have happened on a Sunday morning church service parking lot. He was clearly in the wrong place at the wrong time. GG to his Guardian Angel.
