Michele… I have been a fan of your channel for a while and really like your instructions. You keep things simple and basic. So after a two week stretch of driving the ball poorly I rewatched your driving series. Bingo! Rather than trying to figure out what was wrong I went back to the basics. Setup and take away. Followed your instructions and next time playing I hit 12 out of 13 fairways. (The miss was hitting it too far on a dogleg) Distance was 25 to 30 yards longer too. Your videos will be my go to for correcting any future issues. I can’t thank you enough. Senior golfer in Surf City North Carolina USA.

Michelle, I sometimes tee up with a driver and touch the ground first. It is very frustrating! Can you mention about the wrist angle at address? Should the wrist angle be firm or lose throughout the swing? Because no one has ever talk about it. This will really affect the consistency for the club head to contact with the ball

Downward motion and upward motion? Or did you mean the iron hits the ball during the downward part of the swing path and the wood on the way up? I have seen many golfers trying to hit up with a driver with unintended consequences. Don't think you meant to say hit down with an iron and hit up with a driver?
@michelelowgolf75013 жыл бұрын
Yes, for driver is more like an upward motion and that’s why we place the ball more towards the left heel. The club face will catch the ball on the way up before you finish the swing. Hope that make sense? Or pls let me know if I can explain it better. Thank you
