I have a question please. I’m a mobile DJ looking at purchasing one of these to further tailor/enhance/limit front of house sound. The remote app also appeals to me. My system is 2x EV EKX-12P active tops and 2x EV EKX-18SP active subwoofers. The DSP control on these speakers have the option to system-match the crossover i.e. the high pass for the tops can be set to EKX-18SP (or other EV models) and the low pass for the subs can be set to EKX-12P (or other EV models). Would I be able to route the signal flow/configure the settings in the DriveRack so the above is maintained? I don’t want the DriveRack crossover controls to supersede the speakers’ system-matched settings. N.B. The outputs on EKX subwoofers are hardwired as a thru output (no DSP out) i.e. they’re always sending a full range signal (see this video explanation - EV ELX200, EKX & ETX Crossovers | How they work and why they are not good options for column arrays - KZbin). Any help appreciated.

Hey Bro, can I use any of the outputs to any of the inputs, meaning if I want to use the left input for tops on the right side for bass only that way basically I can separate the inputs from my controller One on the master output and the other one on the booth Is it possible because my current speaker management can do this thanks

Is it possible to change output settings to all 6 chan, perhaps to all of them set just for subs, od high... Subs out to turn onto high??

Hi on all dbx pa 2 videos i have never seen someone speaking about the - 10dbs and +3dbs switches at the back for how and when to choose one
@EpicWinz26 күн бұрын
I can answer this for you. -10dBU is consumer line level. +3dBU is professional line level. Use consumer line level for things like CD players and DVD players. Use professional line level for things like mixing consoles and synthesizers

The thumbnail picture is not the PA2. It is the VENU360.

Hi, does anyone know why am am getting a slight clicking noise when I tip the dbx driverack up and down side to side its coming from the top vent area, if you put your ear next to it you can hear it more, if anyone could check yours, the dbx is brand new. Thank you

Our band PA system has only two Outputs, so we basically only have the house speakers pointing out. We want to use stage monitors and have the ability to put what we want through them vs a daisy chain of speakers but same issue with our AMP. 4 outs. So the subs and the Pa use those up.. Will this unit be the answer for obtaining what we need to do?

What kind of mixer are you using that has only 2 outputs?

Hi, I use a netgear wifi box and controlling it by my phone, twice the dbx has frozen up and can't do anything to the dbx until I turn it off then back on again and its fine then, I just wondered have anyone had any problems like this, it's only does this when the netgear box is plugged into the dbx driverack pa2 but not always just twice. Thanks

Go for mono subs. Don't confuse yourself.

Nice demo, a little dark on the lighting but good explanation of why you use a drive rack and why you are upgrading. Do you have any experience with Behringer's X-air series of digital mixers? They are all remotely operated as well. They have a 31 band eq for the room but have no sub's out, you would have to run the subs out of the aux sends but if you have all your aux sends tied up with monitors then you would need a way to send signal to a set of subs. I suppose a drive rack would be good for that?

It would! I actually have two videos on the x-air series on the channel. One of the XR18 and one of the xr12
