Let me tell you a story about the parking sensors, Astra K ones to be exact. We had more than a few of them in our rent a car fleet, so often we would have to move them from one parking spot to another. And yeah, you never put the seat belt on for moving the car 20 meters in a parking lot, but then seat belt alarm would go off, and in their infinite wisdom Opel/Vauxhall engineers decided that once seatbelt alarm started to beep, parking sensors didn't need to beep anymore... Well do I need to go on?

I think the only sensor you should have for reversing is a reversing camera, but with a fisheye lens which not only allows you to see a much wider view (ie. So you can see further to each side) but makes it harder to solely rely on it which forces you to use your mirrors and actually check properly. I'm glad my car comes with the noise sensors activated by a button, I never use them cause I find them useless. Guaranteed James was ignoring the sensors because of the amount of times they'll go crazy when there's absolutely nothing there

@@DeathEgg666 Against USA Import constraints and laws. Several imported north of the border over in Canada. Including one owner I sometimes correspond with. You'll need to wait a few more years for that twenty five year time constraint to take effect. Even so, some stateside enthusiasts have got their hands on some including some with V8 Mustang power. Writing as a serial MG ZT owner, you missed out over there in the States. The1.8T version is regarded by many owners as the best engine option in the range. Yes better than the various V6 Lumps and specs and even the 75s/ZTs fitted with the BMW Oil Burner Lump. One exception, the mere 800 odd fitted with a Ford V8 Mustang Lump. Found that difficult to believe until I bought the first of several ZT 1.8Ts ten years ago. Now my actual hands on experience shows I was wrong about the best engine options. Check out "furious driving's" "Rover 75 1.8 Turbo Goes for a Drive" on YT. Driving the 1.8T from about twenty minutes in. He was surprised by how the 1.8 Turbo version goes and he has much experience of all many of cars. What I learned from this video: In UK you signal "into" a roundabout before exiting. At least if ex-The Stig does it correctly as I assume he does. Here in Finland you only signal when exiting (because until that you just follow the road; there is nowhere to turn to towards the middle of the roundabout, unless of course there are multiple lanes). Maybe this explains some wrong-signalling drivers in Finland...
