This is demonstrating the journey most of us take....you start with your first car, then you get something significantly better, eventually you get the best you can afford and realise you can't maximise its abilities on the UK roads at all....and that you actually had far more fun with something smaller. Every biker realises this....start off with a puddle jumper, then you get a 400cc or a 600cc....you end up with an R1 or a Hayabusa.....but then you realise that the best bike, that gave you the most fun....was a 600cc Sports bike. You can ring it's neck and it feels fast....the R1 is actually much faster but you can't ring it's neck because it's so fast....so you appreciate the 600 far more after that..... Same with Hammond right now....hot hatches really are the best cars.....not the exotic hyper car.
