Hi John when your doing your driveway will you use your table saw cutting machine or do you do most off the cuts with your sthil saw. Regarding the table saw is it a 2 man lift to get it out the van to get it set up or does it split down for easy storage. Hope you get a break in the weather ,lovely up here in Glasgow

Bloody weather johny!! I think this job shows the difference that weather and locality makes. You are struggling on, ive no doubt in the summer and local to us with supplies/tips etc you could do that in 3 days. One day dig and stone, 1 day slab, drainage and sleepers (and 6 x 2 at front of driveway 😳😂) and 1 day to lay driveway . It’s gonna take you week and a half and most time spent in the van. You keep plugging mate, I know it’s a nightmare but that’s why luckily I don’t have to travel for work as it just eats time and money up . Get to travis and screw them down mate, I get plastic mastercrete for £3.52 + vat , that’s more than enough. We use a fair bit but I would say you would use more with the landscaping work 👍

We were always told never to use fairy liquid in the mix as it causes efflorescence but not sure if that’s right when I was labouring we used eternit I think it was called used to come in a cardboard box but now I see most people use febmix

no mate we don't use it for mixing we just use it for cleaning a patio when we finished it brings it up nice,
