Looks great!! You guys are super efficient! Just curious - what are you putting on top of the crack sealer that looks like it dries it out and gives it that matte color? Does the excess need to be blown off?

Appreciated buddy! We throw "Black Diamond" - 60git sandblasting abrasive overtop all the hotlines. This helps with the tires from peeling it up, provides more wear and better uniform look through the sealer. Yep - we have to blow it all off again real quick before we seal - I just cut out that boring part for the video! Thanks for watching!

is that water cut back type roy?

We spray the asphalt when it gets 90F+ out to cool the pavement down before we brush on the sealer. Makes it easier to work with, won't flash the water / clays and other materials out of the sealer once it hits. No sacrifice to quality, just a better broom finish!

is the water cut back last longer?

We spray the water to cool down the pavement before the sealer goes down. Helps with the clays, water and materials in the sealer "flash" out of the sealer if it hits the areas baking in the sun all day.

I hate crack sealing. You always see it later. I wish there was a better way .

Yeah, it's a pain for sure. Good money and does help prevent more damage from occurring, but yeah, for sure noticeable a few years after application.
