driving fitness beats workouts in Karting, you dont actually want put on muscle, you want to be as light as possible on the weight limit of your class. you only need to workout for Shifter or OK class, bu more like running insead of weight traning, but if you really want to, train for Endurance like the f1/WEC drivers do.

Lose fat and build up you cardio. Cycling or running is good.

@@R3RS2024The best is indeed to be as lean as possible with being the nearest to your weight limit. So most classes are around 80 kg so you want to be around 74/75 kg body weight with around 12/15% fat

I also started karting here and I am happy to hear that the track finally has some normal kart because around 2020-2022 the karts where really bad and the organization that I was training with (and I still am (Den Hartog Racing) ) stopped training because of the kart. And I loved the hill.😂

Just so you know thoose karts are blue shock race rental karts and they also make electric race karts based on the birel art chassis. Also when do you expect to upload the drmc at copenhagen video?
