There's also an Alay Lakad in Manila . We walk from heritage near Pasay rotunda up to Quirino grandstand . You can explore Apo reef and Puerto Galera next time in Mindoro

This kind of honey is wild honey, it is not farmed honey like your father is doing. Wild honey has higher moisture content, because when they discover bee hives in the wild. They just harvest the honey ripe or not, but usually is not ripe. Hence the higher moisture making them runny honey and cause them to ferment in a short time.

I never cease to be amazed and amused by the rice drying in the roadways. I can't imagine anyone being able to take up half of the roadway to do something like that here in the US. Just another example of "only in the Philippines." That's a really beautiful area.
