Toronto is one of the worst cities in Canada to commute in, whether it's by car, by bike, by foot, or by public transit.
Unfortunately, a lot of road users in Toronto just don't seem to care about safety, and the law.
Pedestrians, drivers, cyclists, etc

7:24 Isn’t that the left-turn with the 10 second all-red? Not surprised the cyclists decide to run the light if there’s so much delay! 😄

It is, and that 10 second all red interval encourages too much noncompliance.

0:35 to 0;40 I cannot stand ANY car going over the gold line, extremely bad "self-entitlement", and some do it routinely or by habit. Worst of all is when they're still going near full speed just to get to a red light anyways. They ARE driving on the WRONG side of the road, and some day they'll have head-on collision, so not fair for their victims!

Their needs to be a sollution for delivery and drop off/pick up on streets with bike lanes cause things like that need to happen

I agree and I just wish there was room to widen the road for parking spots. Parking, deliveries, drop offs, pickups, loading/unloading is no longer allowed on the west side of Woodbine Ave under any circumstance. (Except TTC buses at bus stops).

You noticed cars parked in bike lanes, and you also noticed cyclists driving improperly. However I don't see in those videos any cyclist IN a bicycle lane.... those lines are completely random and at wrong places. THAT is the problem. I lived in TO for 30 years. I've seen a bicycle lane starting at an intersection and then 100m later ending in a wall where everyone including pedestrians are forced to the other side of the road, without any continuation for bicycles. 100m of bicycle lane just so city can claim to have so many kilometers of lanes. Big deal. I've seen places where there are bike lanes on the road but cyclists are driving on the sidewalk instead. As they should, I also cycled there, I'm not suicidal to mix with cars, trucks and buses. But at the same time the useful road surface is taken away for other traffic. Now I live in another city in Europe. Bicycles and pedestrians have a right of way at intersections. Meaning bicycles can pass without stopping.... there are very few traffic lights, but at pedestrian crossings the cars will stop as soon as pedestrian or cyclist approach. I just couldn't believe how efficient it is. See, stopping for a cyclist is very inefficient, that's why they don't obey traffic laws in Toronto. Pedestrians, bicycles and cars don't bunch up at those places, one person crosses, few cars stop and proceed as soon as it's clear. Nobody waits forever for light to change. It takes more than just few lines on the road to improve the traffic and motivate people to switch to cycling. Toronto is beyond repair...

New York City is the worst in North America regarding how road users follow the laws and how bad traffic is. It's one of the very few cities worse than Toronto where pedestrians don't follow the laws. I've never been to New York City, and I never will.

@@jacksonbourrettransportati9852 A while back I _drove_ to New York, completely unprepared, ended up on fifth avenue and some other street, let's say 42nd. Traffic in all directions, cars double parked, traffic lights screwed up same as in Toronto with one big difference: there was a traffic cop in the intersection managing the traffic. Lights can't react quickly enough, but a person can. And it worked, nobody got stuck in the intersection blocking the road for cross traffic. I drove in another time, drove around Brooklyn looking for an address, tried to get out of some minor street to main street and since I wasn't paying attention I stopped partially on the road, waiting for cars to move, there was a traffic light close by, halting them. Out of nowhere a cop car showed up behind me and the guy yelled through a bullhorn: "clear the intersection!!!" Mind you I didn't really block the traffic, but I wasn't supposed to be there. I cleared it sooo fast... But the point of the story is the cop didn't stop me on the road to spend half an hour giving me a ticket. He just cleared the intersection. I lived in TO for 30 years and I have never even seen a cop outside of his/her car, never seen one managing the traffic. They step out only to pull out a radar gun or give a ticket. And block the road while doing that. Oh, or to stand uselessly at construction sites.... As I said before, Toronto is beyond repair.
