Yeah you can but better to avoid maybe while you are dropping someone. Police is patrolling. They can ask you reason of stopping etc etc !

no need to put L plate on ur international lcnse. L plate is used when u r on Provisional and learning driving. if L plate is on car that means u cant drve alone there should b somone with u havin 3 years or more old UK lcnse. so best to avoid it even after getin provisional otherwise u may be stoped by polic if driving alone on L plates

Sir it depends on your age , postcode , and engine size. But normally if you are 25+ it should b 80-90 And if young than 100+
