IIRC the actor Robson Green lives in Clandon where this video begins. Very good walking footpaths in the area, including the Lovelace bridges near East Horsley.

Your title is slightly misleading. The first part of your video is covered by Guildford Borough Council up until East Horsley, then it comes under Leatherhead when you get into Great Bookham. It's not until around 12:40 in the video when you arrive in Mickleham, then you are in the Dorking area. However you are correct that you are in the Surrey Hills. Nice video of the journey.
